the t.bone SSM 5 4-stars Reviews
Blatant copy of the AT clamp, but for many , many euros less. Like them a lot.
Good shock mount.
I'm still using my recording studio with AKG c391b. The material is not very good. But useful and good working. it may be preferable and holding good. quite suitable for thin small diagrams microphone. I advise. Good price good condition.
T.Bone SSM 5 Shockmount.
I wanted a shock mount for my SE1a pencil condenser microphones and these looked like they would fit the bill. They are excellent value for money, the metalwork being solidly made although the plastic clip feels cheap and is hard plastic which might mark the microphone body. I am using some thin foam to wrap the microphone although at this price though there is little to grumble about. Recommended!
Cost effective Shockmount
The T.Bone SSM 5 has been used for many light condenser microphones with thin and also thick neck, tested on different weight, angle and measure. This shock mount has been dropped many times on the floor by accident and at this point, I didn't notice any significant failure or damages so far. The shock mount is still fully functional and that's the best example how this product has been made. Despite the fact that only rubber strip elements would be easily damaged or broke after stretch, anyway replacement of these elements will cost you less than 1 euro. For many musicians, it is a great opportunity to buy an affordable useful tool, especially for a private home recording studio. In my opinion is nothing to compare with branded companies manufactured very expensive shock mounts systems for really heavy microphones, related to this one it would be good value for money.

Holds a wide range of mikes firmly with easy access. Ideal for quickly trying different mikes in the same position. Shock absorbancy very good
