Its quite fun!

I bought this for fun, it turned out to be quite good. It takes a little while to get the hang of it but the sound it produces is very good indeed.

Good Kazoo, good quality and good price

Good toy

A child has a lot of fun of using the kazoo. I believe this is the main mission of the instrument.

A good idea is to buy few of them and have fun all together )

The quality of the kazoo corresponds its price.

Kazoo, always useful

It's a kazoo-- it works, and it is cheap but of good quality. Sound is as expected. What else would one want to know?

My friends does not appreciaty the sound of this one but I do. Its definitely a fun product to play around with but I'm not about the musical applications of this one

Keep the coins

I bought one of those to add on top of my other pieces such as shakers and harmonics as options to fulfil some recordings. However, the poor quality, specially the membrane and sound, drove its destiny to be right into the drawer. I'd keep the coins or add some other on top and get a better kazoo.

It's a Kazoo!

It's a Kazoo! You hum and it plays something like music. For the price it is well built. I didn;t think it would be that loud.

Don't blow, Hum!

Can't be argued with

For the price, this is a pretty fun toy.

Everyone should own a kazoo

Use it a ton for sound design. Great quality, small price. Great kazoo.

Great simple metal gazoo

For the price this is a very nice kazoo. It works nicely, the joint is already well set, and it looks quite durable.

It looks like it sounds.

A kazoo of excellent quality and sound. This high-end workhorse will literally blow away the most skeptical, kazoo-defying musicians. Having initially dismissed the neon-pink kazoo as a kid's plaything, I went for something, well, heavier. The result: a responsive, solid and beautiful tool.

While recording the wonderful sound coming out of it is possible using any mic—the spirit of the kazoo is in its musicality, not "professionality of sound"—I can vouch for great results using a condenser mic.

If you're looking for a sign, this is it.

Save up, get a second job...I know it's expensive but you'll never regret, never forget.

So i use the Kazoo to give an extra touch to my playing from the Piano, Bass.

Bought this one instead of a plastic version because who needs plastic, wasn't too sure about the sound, it's a bit more skeetchy but it does indeed sound aright.

Nor worse or better but different.

I'm gonna get myself a Wooden one next, if possible i'll update my review to compare sound.

I guess it's also a good gift for kids or drinking mates.

Didn't last - can I give no starts.

I guess it's a kazoo, but this one didn't last despite being metal. It's more like tinfoil. Spare membranes would be nice. I guess won't be buying kazoo again. Terrible instrument if you can call it that :)

Not so good

I was expecting something at least properly playable. It is really hard to get a clear and enjoyable sound. And also its sensitivity range is not so wide.

Great for a kazoo

Worked great just after a while of use by little children it became harder to use

Don’t just play it with your mouth, play it with your hands also!

Getting a simple melody out of it isn’t that difficult, although I should point out that when you buy them for other people, they probably see it as a neat little toy. (And that’s o-kay.)

You can see it as a worthwhile addition to for instance sound tracks and sound effects in movies. Just don’t think you’re limited by the tones you hum through the kazoo, also think using your hand blocking the air flow on top of the resonance-hole to create various kinds of attacks and releases and think about using the same Ha, Ta, Ga, and Ka airflow-attacks that you would also use on for instance a mouth harp.

It’s a lot more dynamic and offers a broader range of possibilities you would think you can get out of it.
