Poor man's saxophone.

Gewa Kazoo is a simple instrument, rather I would call it voice transformer. If you can sing, you hum in this thing and

it will make its diaphragm resonate and create fun sounds.

Sometimes I pickup my Kazoo to fool around, instead of just singing and playing guitar, I play kazoo with my guitar, that's pretty fun.

Quality is good, don't except great sound from this thing,

don't forget that it is a Kazoo - tiny cheap instrument for having fun!

Be careful with diaphragm, it is quite fragile, so better order with your kazoo a spare diaphargm, you can get it here.

Have fun guys!

First kazoo

Never owned one before, but played many, this is a really good sounding kazoo (if such a thing even exists..!). Metal construction, precise sound. And it did not stink like some other affordable kazoos right out of the box!

Much better than expected

Thought of buying it for a musician friend but later kept it for myself. Sounds selfish, but after trying it and later using it for recording, it really felt impressive. Comparing to this price, it was really unexpected. Now its an integral part of my recording demo tracks.

On additional note, I compared it with Clarke Kazoo later, somehow I found it better. Just my opinion.

Like!

A nice kazoo at a very low prices. This kazoo is working good. Good sound and good response. The metal construction seems to be durable.

Best quality kazoo for the price.

I bought several kazoos due to the recent meme Kazoo Kid. This is by far my favorite kazoo. As with all metal kazoos, it compliments higher register playing and is quite clear.

The membrane can be easily changed and the thing is built like a tank. The breakup point for the membrane is quite high, so the modulation kicks at a louder volume.

I would recommend it to any player who has decided to play higher register music and is looking for a cheap but good kazoo.

Fun!

Bought this for my little brother, because he wanted to try the kazoo. Im not gonna lie, it sounds so funny!!! Its not hard to learn to play the kazoo, just sing in it, and kazoo makes your voice funny.

There are no cons for this product, its great!

Dont break the plastic thing! Its important(without it, the kazoo will not work)!!!!!

Nice little thing to play around with

A nice kazoo at a very low prices, the build quality overal is good, nothing has broken. I mostly use it to mess around with, play the MGMT Kids tune or Seaside Rendevouz by Queen.

I always carry it in my backpack, with all other kind of stuff in it, but the plastic membrane is still intact.

Patience Required

Nifty little thing. I've only ever had experience playing a plastic kazoo - in comparison this one takes a bit of getting used to. Do not remove the thin piece of plastic! I almost made the mistake of removing it before realising that it is the vibration of this little plastic sheet which creates the classic kazoo sound. Right now I prefer the plastic kazoo but I'm sure with a bit more time and patience I'll come to love it!

Okay.

They're cheap and virtually disposable. The sound is a bit harsh and the wax strips break easily. Don't expect it to last forever or anything, maybe order more than one because they're so cheap.

Inexpensive and fun

I keep this kazuu along with other fun instruments such as nose flute and melodica in my bag at all times, and it's very easy to throw a fun silly gig on a street. Best part: no learning stage.

A kazoo or two

I recently bought this kazoo

I liked it so much I bought two

With one in each hand

I'm quite the music man

Shouldn't you buy two too?

A music instrument that is as cheap as this really ought to drive its owner to all kinds of new and experimental forms of creativity. I'm not sure anyone has ever attempted to write a limerick rhyme about a kazoo before, but these are so impressive it's hard not to do so.

It's a kazoo, it's really easy to play, it's fun for children, no talent or skill is required, and if you can get one, you'll want another for a friend.

Great little kazoo

I've had this kazoo for a while now and it's still a fun odd instrument to use. I have recorded with it a few times and its cut through the mix really well, defiantly cheaper than using a horn section and always results in a smile from the listener. Good value!

Fine for funny sounds

What can you say about a kazoo? I gave this one to my daughter and she had quite some fun with it and used it a lot. Build quality is good, nothing to complain, but I really don't know what to write about the sound of a kazoo.

Always using the same kazoo for more than 2 years. When the plastic gets broken inside we just order new kazoo. Great sounding, capable of producing all sorts of sounds...our reccomendationd!

Nice size and sound, but too fragile for kids

This is, for its price, a very well built and nice sounding instrument. Unfortunately it does not withstand a) heavy use, or b) kids.

I bought two of these, and within minutes of attempting to play my kids had managed to poke a hole in one of the diaphragms. The other one is bobbing up and down and looks like it's about to go off as well whenever they play on it.

Shame, really, because a kazoo is a wonderful instrument for kids when they are learning the joys of music and creating and playing themselves - but then again, I guess you get what you pay for.

Good working, but risk of damage

This kazoo is working good. Good sound and good response. The metal construction seems to be durable.

The only downside is that the membrane isn't covered by any sort of grille, so there's risk of damaging it in transport, and then the kazoo is ruined.

But other than that it's good.

Surprise

This Kazoo is very small. You can take it everywhere. Surprise people with just an amazing trembling voice :-) The diaphragma survived several month of "rough" playing with me and my three year old son.

It works!

This instrument works just fine and it's a very good and fun add to your acoustic jamming session with your friends next to the fireplace. It works fine also in electric music but you need to use a microphone.
