Thomann CTG-10 Clip Tuner 4-stars Reviews
Small and inexpensive, but a little slow
This clip tuner is really small and reasonably accurate, although it tends to want to tune just a tad sharp compared to my other clip on tuner (SNARK) and practice amps. It's also a tad slower than than the SNARK and in auto mode searches for what note you are playing. It gets the job done.
fine tuner
really cheap and works fine but breaks easy
The battery compartment sucks
FIrst there is this little tape or whatever, then when you put in the battery that it comes with CR 2032, it fits correctly, however the battery door that comes off to access the battery compartment is not tight enough, the connection of the battery to the terminal doesn't work correctly, and I ordered 2 of these, both the same loose door. Since the door doesn't push down enough to make a secure tight connection, you are unable to turn the tuner on, but when it does work, it works well, its just not as high quality as a Snark because of the battery door
Good for the price
Tunes correctly, but sometimes confuses notes and it takes a while to tune a string.
just buy it
its a really good deal
generally accurate, nice holding on the whole instrument's body,
easy to use
For the money, great but....
.... this is just a bit sketchy at picking up notes on all my guitars. e.g. a barely off E will show as a A or something sometimes. It's not as good as some other (but considerably more expensive) tuners I've had but for the price, can't be knocked really.
Tuner
I'd rather use my phone. But this is just as good.
Good for value
pros:
-good price
-nice for beginners
-works with chromatism, so you can
-matte black with nice feeling
cons:
-doesn't tune exactly. It can show -10, and then +3, so it works a little it strange, and this is why it is a little bit hard to tune with it
Not bad
I would say that the tuner is very good if you would use it for standard tunings.
If you would like to use it with the chromatic feature tuning down to something like Drop A, Drop G it may be a little tricky
A good pickup for your money. But sometimes it doesn't feel the vibration.
Not the best tuner, but a decent one for beginners.
Decent tuner, not super accurate but good enough if you are a beginner. I have to admit that its better than most tuners in the same price range.
Quite good
My tuner does not always correctly and immediately recognize notes. Even if you hit the string hard. My other tuner recognizes everything at once. But in general, the tuner is good. Conveniently, the entire screen lights up green when the note is correct. With an acoustic guitar it works without problems.
Good tuner
It does what it's supposed to.
Sometimes it feels like it could be a bit more precise, but for the price it's more than acceptable.
Great for the price
Quite nice and cheap tuner.
It was a bit slow with my bass on the low notes and got confused, but in the end it works nicely.
It had no issues on my guitar.
Does the job. Nice price. Not dificult to use.
You need this
Eventhough there are apps out there that can manage the tones of your guitar, this little buddy is pretty much all you need. It does an excellent job of finding the right pitch and is easy to use. Especially for beginners, pick this one up aswell.
Nice and cheap
Not too much to say about it, works just fine and has a very good price... for someone like me, its more than enough.
it works like a tuner
it works like a tuner. Nothing extra special
Easy and Effective
Bought this for a student to use with bass - easy to use with a good display. Seems stable in terms of picking up resonance. Good price.
