Look at the price

Ok, what do you expect to get for this price? What can I say about this tuner? It works! I’ll give it that. It’s very light, Relatively easy to use. It does have a chromatic tuner in it which is also good. But this is basics at its best. This is not a ‘professional’ tuner so don’t expect that. But it works pretty well and it’s small and light enough to sit on the edge of my headstock. Doesn’t leave any black marks on my guitar either like some others do.

Good choice for a budget tuner

Very usable budget tuner, great value for the price

Nice little piece

I though it was bigger I don't know why, but it was a nice surprise the size, I'd rather that way. Very good price and it works fine.

Good caption of sound.

Easy to use

Simple but does its job. Qualitywise the plastic feels bit cheap but works fine!

Cheap and functional

Good product for the money. Simple and easy to use and accurate.

Great for the money

These tuners work well enough and are an amazing value if you don't need any extra features. There seems to be no option for any base tuning other than A=440. And no Buzz Feiten preset. This is fine for me as my needs are basic.

Fine for the price, not without issues.

Bought this mainly for home use, as I have a pedal tuner for other purposes.

Although it's very light, it does feel nice in the hand - the finish of the plastic is not glossy, rather satin like, almost rubbery, which definitely feels better than just cheapo plastic.

Operation is very straight forward - You hold the button for a second or so for it to turn on, and voila. It is chromatic, and it's both for guitar and for bass. Also, a very nice touch is the fact that there is a backlight , it's blue when You're out of tune, then the entire screen lights up green when You hit the pitch, so it's well suited for low light situations. So, thus far, all good.

The cons that I've stumbled upon are such - on guitars, that aren't exceptionally resonant, it doesn't really pick up the thinner strings all that well - it definitely works, and is usable, but it's not fast as sometimes it won't pick up the vibrations. I've tried it on strats, teles, les pauls, a couple of basses and a classical guitar, and it seems to jump around a fair bit on the strat, less so on the tele and LP, BUT seems to work outstandingly well with basses.

So, if You're buying this for home use, of maybe studio, it is fine - does it's job, sometimes hunts around. All of this is absolutely acceptable, especially considering the price point.

But if You're looking for something fast and responsive for, let's say, live situations, I'd opt for something that's faster/more accurate.

OK in that price range

Cheap and good item. Somtimes slow reaction, but.... its ok

Okay tuner

I feel like this tuner can be slightly temperamental sometimes with picking up sounds and then determining which note it is. On a few occasions I’ve had to strum my e string more than a few times to get it to actually recognize the e string and this could be when it’s only slightly out of tune. I understand that the job of the this tuner is not easy picking up frequencies but I feel like it could be more accurate

Decent tuner for the price

It does everything you need tuning wise and is accurate. The build quality is on the flimsy side but it feels sturdy enough to be taken around,

Only con is the low E of the guitar in not always picked up. Overall great value for price.

Intuitive and easy to use.

Fair product

The price is really good, and the tuner works just fine. Nice mate texture. The tunning is not 100% accurate and sometimes it's hard for the tuner to capture the string sound. But for the price, it's perfect!

Goon piece of kit

Bought this item 6 months ago and haven’t had an issue. It’s easy to use with one bottom on the front of the unit and its accurate . The only issue is the head of the unit doesn’t swivel as much as I’d like so placement has to be thought out a little but it’s no deal breaker. I’ll be buying more.

Very good for the price

Very good tuner for it's price.

Perfect for home/practice use.

If you are looking for a tuner to keep on your guitar's headstock for regular tuning in between your songs, definitely go for it.

However, I wouldn't trust it 100% for live gigging and studio recordings.
