Thomann NT AC/PSA Reviews
Works just GREAT!
Great powersupply that fits many different kinds of guitar effects, bass effects etc. great replacer if the old one is broke down!
An okay power supply for your pedals
This power-supply does the job it is supposed to do. Can't really say much about it, it gives power!
I'd recommend getting the extension cord (194240) along with this one if you want to power more than one pedal.
OK!
A rather basic AC adapter with 500mA and pretty much hum free with my setup. I'm pleased with it so far and might buy another one because 500mA makes it possible to daisy chain several pedals and thats a great feature, if not a unique one :)
Cheap and good
These power supplies does what they are supposed to do. I had some minor buzzing using these but I'm not sure if it was due to the actual power supplies or due to some external noise.
A basic power supply
A very basic power supply for effects pedals. This isn't very rigid and feels like you will break it quite easily if you get your foot tangled on the cable. The cable is pretty short, so you can't connect your pedal to this from over a long distance (a meter or two at most). I've been using this for over an year without any problems though, but I'm pretty careful with my gear anyway.
Power for pedals
NT AC/PSA provides power for pedals and what could go wrong. It does what it supposed to do, and brings electric to all my five pedals, including wireless system and a delay.
If you want a simple power source, this is a perfect solution.
The cheapest, lightest and the most handy power supply I have had.
Before putting together a pedal board with one power supply, I was always frustrated with how, big, heavy and how inconvenient are most of the power supplies - the big ones. When I found these, I thought that nothing good can come out of such low cost, but still decided to try them out. After I tried them out, I threw my other power supplies away.
This power supply is:
- really light, made my pedal case bit easier to carry around
- small, you can fit them side by side on extension cord with angled sockets
- sturdy, have been using several of these for a year without any issues
- cheap,
- noiseless
Now when I have to use one pedal out of my pedal board, I take it out and use this power supply.
This is the best power supply for pedals with current draw under 500mA (the majority of pedals)!
A good alternative
This is a very good alternative for keeping charged most of your guitar pedals. (Boss, TC, EHX, Korg).
An excellent affordable alternative
When I needed new power supplies for a couple of pedals, I was put off by the price of official Boss PSAs. I've been using these for years, even now that I'm not living in Germany and need UK adapters, these have been perfectly consistent and reliable.
Perfect!
If like me you are reluctant to pay up to 40 Euro for "brand name" power supplies, then this is the product for you. Cheap,Reliable, little to no buzz, and very durable (to my surprise) If this got lost or broken I would replace it with an identical copy immediately. You can't go wrong at such a cheap price! The only trouble I had was the " 2 pin plug socket" as I live in Ireland where we use a three pin, however it still works in our sockets(It just takes a few seconds of fiddling with.) Definitely recommend this!
Fair price
It is good that the web site automatically matched this adapter for my new wah pedal - I did not have to spend time looking through thousand of them choosing the right one (where almost any would do )
Nice price, fine quality.
sevyln4
does the job - leads could be longer!
Great value for money
Costs one third of the price of the Boss power supply and works with all Boss pedals and most other brands too. I've been using it alongside the Boss one and there's no difference and no overheating etc. Great buy for the price, especially compared to the cost of 9 volt batteries.
Nothing special....
... but does what it's supposed to. The quality is alright, nothing to find fault with.
Working without any noises or any voltage fluctuations.
Probably the best you can get for your money.
