Great for splash new-comers

Let's face it, if you are looking at this you propably dont have a slash cymbal yet. This is really good tokinda get familliar with aplying slashes into your playing.

The sound is crisp and has a short sustain. The pitch is pretty bright and it works wel with the 10 inch version.

Honestly, ath this price it's unbeatable. Unless you are looking for a really special sound, it's gonna get the job done.

Good product

For the price, the cymbal is great. It get's some time to get used to it, but the sound is good. Would recommend

Couldn't be more happy

I bought the 8" and 10" version after reading all the good reviews and listening to the sound clips. When I received it I got a little sceptical since the 8" felt a bit thick, but when I played it, it sounded amazing. Very quick and crystal clear sound. Better than the sound clip. Not as "gongy" even if was a bit thick. Both sounded perfect.

I love this cymbal

It's cheap but doesn't sound bad! It isn't as sharp and cutting as the higher end splashes, but nevertheless, it sounds cool and can be used in a high-end cymbal set-up. Good value for money.

I just love this splash

First time I bought this crash, I just love it. I prefer the sound of it over some way more premium splash on the market. It has really quick response and it's just great to use it for some unexpectedly placed licks in a groove. It's no too loud, blends in perfectly with the rest of the kit.

I was looking for a very specific short splash sound and fortunately found this... and it's dirt cheap!

Pros: Exactly the sound I was looking for - listen to the sound examples - they are pretty accurate. Value deal - even if you don't love it, can't beat the price.

Cons: Although quality is a lot better than what I'd expect at this price, it's far from perfect. But at this price point - can't complain.

Best buy ever

I have never been cheap when it comes to cymbals, but I received Zultan aja 8 splash as a gift . I was sceptical at first but it worked great with my Sabian AAX/HHX cymbals and it lasted for two years of very aggressive play so I ordered another.

I try to avoid cheap cymbals because in 99% of the case they dont last or sound good , but with Zultan Aja 8 splash I had this was not the case...Try it .

Great for the price

They tend to break after some time, but that happened also with much more expencive ones. So now I am not sorry when that happen. I play them mostly with hand in my percussion set-up and they are soft enough.

Nice sound !

Nice sound and unbeatable price ! It is not a Ride cymbal or a Hihat.. it is just a little splash. Buy and install as many as you can (or need) and choose between them the sounds you want to produce and ... hit 'em up !

Dont judge a book by it?s cover

This cymbal is the best price-quality solution - for the beginners and professionals as we?ll! It?s taken to the every concert with me - and all other musicians ar amazed by the price...

of visually You can see that?s not a high-end product - but hey - it?s an 8-inch splash - who cares about the look :)

Amazing quality to price

I already tried Zultan Aja series to replace a 17" crash and I was definitely impressed of the quality of the sound coming from those budget cymbals. Therfore I went for this splash and again it's just amazing for less than 20¤

PRO - bright crispy sound perfect matching Sabian AAX 10"

CONS - none so far

i just thought i'll try it, and guess what, it sounds great, you can compare the sound do the Meinl splash that i have and is 2 times more expensive! so really good value.

8" Aja Zultan

I bought this with a 10" aja splash to make a pair and it's a nice little splash, the sound it's not that penetrating but i found it amusing and for this price, truly a bargain!
