Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Extreme ISO
Based on 6 reviews
Atem Mini Extreme ISO is a great switcher for the price. You definitely get your money’s worth. I am using it in a church environment and and I find it very impressive; especially being able to plug in any HDMI camera and get reliable results and the opportunity of being able to connect your mobile and share the internet takes Atem switchers to another level. The dual HDMI outputs are great for churches...allowing you to choose a different feed for the church display without affecting the program out and still keep the multi view out! I love the ability ability to record individual cameras for editing. It would be even better if the Atem Mini switchers are sold with at least a few basic optional cables like stereo XLR mic converter to stereo Mini Jack , some HDMI cables and USB C...

Blackmagic Design ATEM SDI Extreme ISO
Based on 1 reviews
For a number of years, I’ve been using the Atem iso (mini) and while good, I was always running out of input and I really didn’t like HDMI. The new Extreme ISO, with SDI is brilliant. The inputs are much more solid and no missing particularly with input 1. And of course, the super source is lovely to use and easily programmable, as are the 4 outputs. This is a fine switcher which Blackmagic have given a lot of thought into getting right. It works every time and is very stable. I’ve never had to reboot or switch it off and back on again. It just does what it says on the box….. with SDI.
Roland V-8HD HD Video Switcher
Based on 1 reviews
After research and comparison with the Blackmagic Atem Mini series I decided to go with the Roland V-8HD. It doesn’t disappoint. Does exactly what is says on the tin. For such a complex and capable product, everything just works, mostly from the first slide of the on/off switch. Where settings do need adjusting the menus are easy to navigate using the knobs and buttons but are even easier to deal with on the remote-control App. During operation, the user interface is well laid out and very intuitive with knobs to change variables and push switches to select / confirm. This ease of use swayed me towards the Roland and, after a few hours use I’m convinced this was the right decision. Where space is tight, the built-in monitor is the icing on the cake – with the option of...
Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Pro

Everybody is still in a euphoric state of mind about this Atem Mini Pro. I must admit that it includes me. However I can think of a few minors. I bought the Atem to reduce my editing time by changing to more 'live editing' during the broadcast or recording and to be able to live switch camera's without problems. I mainly record or live-stream smaller (sports)events. Plusses besides the normal specs: - Buttons feel great and weight of unit is enough - (wireless) control via Atem software and other apps works perfect - Recording and streaming in different compressions/quality is great - Atem software functions offer a lot of possibilities - Lots of youtubers posted lots of great explaining tutorials Minors: - Only hdmi input1 is forgiving with a little weaker signal strength, the other...
Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Pro ISO

I got this to live-stream a film festival. there were two video sources and a live cam with green screen. It was a real rush job - we had a couple of hours to set up and learn how to use the ATEM. The hardest was setting the chroma-key for the green screen. We were also streaming directly from the ATEM to Vimeo. Basically we used almost all the features of the ATEM. I was totally impressed with the functionality an how intuitive it is to use. Many pro broadcast features but for a consumer price. 100% recommended!
RGBlink Mini V2

Solidly built. Fan is slightly noisy (high pitched at lower speeds) but not unexpected. Autoresolution and frequency detection works well. A few quirks re PiP functionality... It's not very intuitive in terms of resizing the PiP, or choosing the right input for this. Also a few quirks when resizing/rescaling on the fly. Easier to restart the unit. Instructions are very basic and won't help you if you're not familiar with video stuff. If you've used other switchers and you are comfortable with general video weirdness then you should be fine. USB 3 output is straightforward. Presents as a webcam to OBS. Easy. Software control... Hmmm. Still haven't got this to work. Heavily OS and driver dependent can't have everything for the price, I suppose.
