Almost really good

So for the price it's good value. It's loud, flexible and small, which is a real advantage sometimes. Definitely has the inputs etc but I think it's let down a bit by the sound. Then again it's not expensive and I loaned it out and had no complaints back. Seems robust too and has a nice built in carry handle on the top which I like. So marks off for sound but overall 5*

Louder then you think

I can fit the speaker in a small backpack and yet fill a whole classroom or a outdoor party for kids. Also if you do not have the space in the bag for a mixer this would do the job sometimes.

Pros: Compact, loud, has inputs and EQ.

Cons: Sound is rather mid-range strong, no bluetooth.

Does the job

Got this as a monitor for my one man show. My PA is the LD Maui system which does feed back at close quarters. I have many Behringer products which are good, especially for the price, but can have small issues (nothing serious). This monitor is perfect sitting on a mic stand using the fun generation CL105 stand adapter.

Powerfull speaker un small package

Buy for use as a monitor with a set up of electric guitar and a pair of synths. The volume Is loud and clarity is nice to. A verte good option with low weight.

Quality sound as my personal monitor

I play acoustic instruments gigging , Fiddle, banjo and mandolin , I find this monitor great for bigger gigs where the main P.A system is blasting out the sound , also great as a public address at a small venue , 100% ??

Quite loud for it's small size but you can tell it is being forced a bit

Like I said on the title.loud enough for small gigs and rehearsal areas.but very small ,I expected it much larger from the photos on the site.I can tell is being forced to produce loud sounds.it has clear sound and does not distort that much when you put more than one things.but close to max the sound being distorted a bit.It is sad it does not have a reverb effect.price should be a bit less for the size it has.

Active Monitor

Very good quality active monitor, however, It would be nice if it would have reverb effects.

Fantastic value

Great for monitoring, or even as a small PA. I use two for monitoring keyboards.

Much better than the clones

It's way more powerful than it looks. The input and output options are all you need. After trying some of the clone boxes, I came back to these, very good heavy quality.

Price-quality is great!

I use the monitor in a band and I have to admit it works great on stage! The price-quality ratio is great! I would recommend this device to anyone looking for a small personal monitor on stage.

Great for Foldback

I bought this item for foldback monitors for a church band. They are easier to set up and take less space than floor wedges. It is also good to mount them on mic stands so that the volume can be less intrusive into the main congregation space.

It is very easy to connect to the aux output of a range of mixers with either a jack or Xlr musicians and singers find it easy to use with a local volume control in easy reach noting that the mix is still done by the desk operator.

With many of the user being amateurs and volunteers this has to be simple for set up. The compact size is perfect to minimise storage space requirements.

Good sound reinforcement

Easy and straightforward to use, good sound for small speaker and good for personal sound reinforcement.

Small but bold

For such a small speaker, it can be quite loud - I did use two as high frequency front boost at a small wedding reception (big fronts in the venue were old and bassy) - Behringer worked great.

Mounting on a mic stand in no time is great; adding a boom on top is a bit tricky though. Set of two is great as a keyboard player's feedback.

Excellent value

I bought two of these. They're very useable, portable. light and work well for most situations. My preference is to mount them on their own stands, rather than on a book stand, which provides a bit more flexibility for locating.

Nice speaker

Purchased it recently in support of teaching kids to DJ'ing skills.

Received extra power cord as a gift, pleasant.

Using it in our flat, exactly in hall on the floor and pretty much impressed with small size of it and loudness. Neighbors appreciated our musical taste and were noted volume of the speaker during testing.

I am satisfied with quality and options included in this speaker (1 CD in port and 2 more mic/line ports with full range equalizer) enough for our needs.

Detail to improve in next models is to add indication of loudness.

It is not one for those who looking for deep low frequencies.

Just a great little monitor Speaker

Had this years. For a small on stage monitor it is perfect. Never fails me.

Good value

Excellent little powered speaker, solid construction. Comes with mic stand top adaptor to allow close placement to ears. Suprisingly loud but would suggest using a high pass filter on the send to prevent any very low frequencies getting through to the driver. Have purchased 4 so far with no problems.

Behringer B205D

We use a mix of these and pretty much identical Mackie monitors. I can?t tell the difference. Had them for several years and still working perfectly. Ideal for practice and on stage, monitoring all the stage instruments except perhaps the bass. Handy for plugging in iPod or recorder to review songs etc too due to the mixer capability.
