Sounds great but Arpegiator is faulty

Just got this last week, sounds great, a truly unique synth but the Arpegiator doesn't work, the sequencer also sometimes works sometimes it does not, it seems to have a mind of it's own. Google search shows that lot of people are having the same issue, the synthtribe software doesn;t do much, even formware upgrade didn;t resolve the issue, I have to return this product and get a replcement, Behringer shoudl really test this equipment before sending them out. Extremely inconvenient to now send this back and wait for the new one to arrive.
