The best strings!

I've been using it for more than 10 years, and I will not change brand in the future either. Why would I do? Works perfectly! Cristal clear and bright sound, durability.

The only downside is the price, but good sound is worth it!

Always my choice for acoustic guitars

If you don't want to spend much time and money changing strings on your guitar I totally recommend these strings. They last a long time and the guitar sounds very good for a long period of time. Some people might say the tone isn't the same of uncoated strings but for me it works. Period. And it makes my life easier.

Awesome product.

Top quality, long-lasting

I have been using these strings on my PRS acoustic for the past year. Only changed strings 2 times in 2020, so I really appreciate their build quality and how long they last without losing their tone.

They are also quite hard to break, and being a hard strummer, I need them to be extra durable

Tone that lasts

Great strings that last for a really long time. If you are like me and you want a clear-new sound without having to buy-change your strings every 1-2 months this is a perfect choice. You'll notice the price is higher than most but you get what you pay. My suggestion: Elixir is far better than any string I used but I suggest you choose between their products. Maybe Bronze is your type. This one is a bit less "metallic" which I really like.

Simply the best

Not much to say, the best strings for acoustic guitar either for beginner or advanced player. I had the same set on a guitar for two years once and sounded great until the last day.

The only strings I can use for more than a few hours without corrosion

Acoustic or electric I haven't found anything to match Elixir.

After an initial couple of hours the tone mellows slightly but then stays consistent for months...

No other string plays as consistently or lasts as long for me.

Acoustic time

I use custom light on my acoustic because it is easier to craft music without extra tension from 12s or 13s. Elixir deliver clarity and resonance on 11s that make you believe you play with 12s.

The best strings out there

I don't love changing strings on an acoustic guitar, and elixir is what I now use on all instruments.

They sound and feel like new even by the time I'd have to raplace regular strings at least 3 times.

Great strings

After switching to these strings and using it for 2 months I was amazingly impressed. A really bright sound even after 2 months of use. Strings dont get dirty or greasy. The sound is like in the beginning. Highly recommend!

Using on an Epiphone CE200 jumbo that gets a lot of use.

Only recently switched to using elixirs...I always had doubts about the coating and the claims about tone and longevity.

I was wrong... these strings sound great on the Epi, deep and rich... and even after several months of heavy daily use... fresh as you like.. Now they're the only strings I use on acoustics.

I've reviewed a few of elixir strings, and it all goes down to the same: these are fabulous strings, totally worth their steep price. They sound better, feel better and last longer.

These strings are the only strings that give me a beautiful tone until the end.

The perfect strings

Use:

I use it on my Taylor 214dlx. It's so good and gives a fantastic sound. Really rich and deep sound but with sparkling highs and they last really long. They are on the pricier side but you pay for quality.

can't go wront with elixir!

I haven been using elixirs on all of my instruments (electric guitar, bass and now acoustic), there simply isn't anything better than elixirs (and i have tried a lot of different strings).The sound and quality (coating) is amazing and they last for a very long time.
