Need to replace quickly

It has very good sound. If want someting still warmer, have to buy something diffecence.

Have to maintance strings a lot by cleaning.

Less string noise than standard string they last loner as well, but the coating will noticably wear off over a month or 2. But still good strings

Most Reliable strings

The strings are very stable and tunes very well. It does not demand long time to get stable. Change the strings and start to play.

The quality is very high. It lasts more then 5 to 6 months without lose the sound. (I am playing almost every day)

Venían de serie en mi guitarra Furch y las he comprado de nuevo, son increíbles, un sonido muy cálido y algo metálico que hace que la acústica suene perfecta, muy equilibradas.

Chrystal clear and even tone

Consistently good and smooth to the fingers.They outlast most other strings if you wipe them after playing. The only minus IMO is a slight fraying on the wound strings as they age.

Top class strings

Have used these strings on my 6 string acoustics for a while now; great sound and response, easy on the fingers and they last and last and last...

Expensive but nice

Not to everyone's taste, and expensive if you have to change strings regularly, but I keep coming back to them as the best of the bunch to my ears.

Worth the Extra Investment

I’ve been using these strings for years on my acoustics, they are totally worth the extra outlay as they sound like new for way longer than regular untreated strings, plus I like the sound and feel of them, they are instantly recognizable, bright & resonant.

It must be lonely at the top

I busk 6 days a week, 3 hours a day, a lot of finger/travis picking, lead playing (looper) and strumming. I literaly would be screwed if for whatever reason I couldn't get my hands on these strings anymore. My Martin dreadnaught truly sounds amazing with these strings. I am one of those people that just has to look at a set of strings and they start to rust. Some diet and lifestyle changes have seriously reduced the acidity of my sweat, but still: I have tried every other brand that offers coated strings, within 2 days they are dead as a doornail. These Elixers last me about three weeks with these working hours.

Best Acoustic Strings

I've tried a bunch of brands over the years and these are a clear winner in the acoustic category. I got them on a new Taylor, and put it down to the guitar, but stringing up my battered old Takamine G-Series with these made it sound like a new instrument, they're really, really good.

I've gotten a lot of play from them without needing a change too, highly recommended.
