Useful

Solid, useful and cheap. I recommend buying it with any microphone as a pack. I got two of them and that's a great deal.

Not very resistant, but good for the price.

A nice stand for starters, can't handle a heavier microphone, but works fine.

Decent stand for a low price

It is not an old fashion built like a tank stand, but is cheap, durable enough and very light. I have use it for gigs and buskin for 3 years and still alive and kickin.

For the money, you can't ask for too much. But this is certainly a mic stand and it certainly holds mic! Didn't want more than that and I didn't get less.

It is obviously a budget stand - and I find that is reflected in the build quality. The point at which the centre extension pole meets the tightening clamp for the room is a structural weak point and I've found mine has become a bit loose/bendy over time.

The stand doesn't happily support heavier microphones (SM7B, ribbons, etc...) but that is unsurprising and will not impact its efficacy for the vast majority of users.

Perfect for novices and people who own venues and need a couple dozen of these kicking around.

Great for the price

I bought two of these to see if they would be any good and I'm delighted to say I was pleasantly surprised by their quality. They are certainly adequate for use in the studio.

They hold at2020 at full height.

what more can you say? At full extension of this stand I was confident enough to have the condenser mic above my head whilst tracking drums, I'm not sure about anything heavier, but it works really well.

Fun generation mic stand

Ive been using this for a while now and it still works perfectly, easy to align a good position in front of amps and cabs, great product, great price, if you need a mic stand, buy it!

Great stand for the price.

Purchased this stand for my home recording studio. Seems well built and suited for purpose Not too sure if I would leave in a rehersal room where others could use it as not too sure how much tough love it could take but it is perfectly suited for home or studio use.

Effective cheap mic stand

Bought this stand to support a Behringer C-1 condensor mic in a super-basic home studio. Does what it is meant to do - good, cheap, basic mic stand. Collapsible tripod legs give good stability but give it a bit of a wide footprint - a little harder to position amongst furniture etc. Pretty good hardware holds position well, but seems intended for standing use - because there's not so much weight in the construction there can be a risk of it tipping over if you have the boom extended right out and the microphone weight too far away from the centre of gravity. Overall, a great cheap basic microphone stand.

for home, or light studio use, totally acceptable.

you can pay more for something stronger, or more sturdy.

unless you require a stand thats highly durable - this is all you need for general instrument recording use, it can be set virtually to floor level, or high,

this is low cost, effective, and totally functional.

This is what you see.. A decent piece of mic stand for singers. Nothing less, nothing more.

I use this mike stand for home recording, and it's fine.

wasn't expecting much for such little money but its functional, doesn't slip and is easily adjustable.

in my opinion if you're looking for a cheap, reliable, but not overly strong mic stand it'll do just fine.

Decent mic stand

Does the job. A bit fragile and unstable, but works for my needs. For the price, is decent enough!

You can't expect better for this money.

Plastic parts are terribly fragile, tubes are made of tin ... If you want to buy for children, then look for something stronger. This tripod will only last long if you don't touch it with your hands. Requires very careful handling.
