Good cheap solution for most use cases

Stand was pretty stable near the centre would be fine for a typical live vocal, but became increasingly more unstable as you try to mic things up further from the centre of the stand or use more of the upper arm, e.g. amps, acoustic guitar or around obstacles Limits the ability to do minor adjustments for risk of stand tipping.

Good stand

For a home studio use, you won't need anything more

So light?

Perfect little stand... Very durable but a bit light.. everyone's taste is different for me id like it to be just a little heavier.. but absolutely solid nonetheless.

Cheap and cheerful

These stands will not take a lot of wear and tear and can come apart quite easily at the tightening mechanism on the main shaft, which is fixable but a little awkward. They serve well for lightweight jobs, for example jobs requiring a lot of mic stands and at the price they can be incredibly useful.

Fine.

Bought to use for drum overheads perfect for that use as they don't move much. I wouldn't recommend for gigging as where the boom meets the top of the main pole is narrow and looks very weak. Likely to break if thrown around in the back of a van. Conclusion: fine if not being moved around much.

Even though this stands are very cheap they are tough as hell... Already took some punches and hold firm still

Pas du tout assez costaud pour du live, mais dépanne pour du studio. C’est assez stable.

Adjustability!

It has all kinds of adjustability available. And once adjusted it stays in position. Great!

The best in it’s price!

I wasn’t expecting this weight of stand. It’s strong enough to put some dynamic and condenser mics. I won’t use it with high end mics but otherwise SM57, Rode M5 and similar mics will be great on them.

I bought the Fun Generation Mic Stand 4 months ago with the intention of having something for rehearsal and recording and works very well, have no problems to date, the quality of the mic stand is not great but do the work very well..

Affordable stands

if you are looking for a cheapooo stand this is your friend.. just don't give them to somebody who is not careful.. they will brake them instantly

Does the job

Item affordable but definitely does the job!

A bit flimsy if you tend to move the stand a lot but otherwise, it does the job perfectly fine for any basic usage. 5/5 satisfied!

What is there to talk about?

The adjustment is great, its lightweight and stable enough. I personaly use it an a studio setting but I see no problem with live usage. The only concern would be "durability" bus unless you are not throwing it around in the back of a car or a live venue, there is no reason for it to ever break.

Overall, good choise, whould definately buy it again
