I had to call the united states FBI

I was sent a until for the UK when I live in the USA... Tomann lied to me and said they don't have power cables for the USA But sent me a until I can never power on and made it like it all my fault.... What Tomann did is steal my $290.00..... Its so bad I had to call the FBI to get my money back
