I just need help on this item

After getting the item yes amps and cabs sound nice I love more the reverbs delays are so down 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 And modulation are really nice,

Loop line has bass after looping and when I updated the unit the right line stopped working I am really not enjoying this unit they way reviews are on the Harley Benton site.

Great sound - No software available???

This has all the features I need go rehearse and leave my tube amps voor gigs.

But serious... No editing software available when the unit comes out? That is just unacceptable.
