My 1st Floyd Rose!

People usually complain about how difficult it is to tune a Floyd rose, honestly it is quite easy and this is my first Floyd rose guitar. I put a Seymour Duncan JB Humbucker, sounds awesome. Neck feels amazing, fast playability, like really fast. I love doing divebombs on this, it stays in tune for the most part unless you punish it with divebombs. Pickup switch is a bit loose but it doesn't matter really. Will be looking forward to supporting Harley Benton in the future, true quality.

Awesome Guitar

This is my first guitar and to tell the truth it's very beautiful and the sound quality is great. The only small issue it has is when you try to tune it, you first need to unscrew some screws at the bridge and the neck of the guitar than adjust the strings.

Sad to say...

This guitar is a tale of two guitars. First, the good. The pickups are actually very good...surprisingly so. The neck and fretboard are decent, although the neck feels a bit "cheap", but still excellent quality. The finish is excellent and it really is a nice guitar...EXCEPT: The hardware is DREADFUL! The "Floyd Rose" , the locking nut and the tuners are just so bad, I threw them in the bin and replaced all of them (fortunately I had exact replacements from on old Ibanez in my junk drawer). This guitar is NOT for the beginner, because they will become so frustrated they will probably just quit guitar. I can't see too many people spending the loot to replace all the hardware on this guitar. It's a shame because if HB had put decent hardware on this guitar, it would be very nice and worth an extra 30-40 dollars.

Awesome guitar at cheap price

this was my third hb, i have to say... im deeply impressed, the pickups are nice and warm, the fr is just a fantastic toy and looks stunning, the arm holder is a little loose, but i fix it with an allan key, the selector switch is a little loose, but ah i dont give a damn, the neck of mine was even flamed, and it looks like a trucking beast, i do really think everyone should have one, buy hb, make it grow as a brand, lets make people like hb even more

S-620 TR Rock Series

i got this guitar recently it is my first Harley Benton and for the price my expectation was low but it did amazed me. the frets were nice and nicely polish. the set up was right on (out of tune but not a big deal) the neck feels unfinished wich feels great is a bit bigger than what you would find on a strat but still comfortable to play with. the only con i have about the guitar i got is that the selector switch is a little loose (wobbly). it play's well and sounds good i was really impressed.

Good guitar, frets poke a bit tho

It’s definitely a guitar for shredding, and I love it.Im not the biggest fan of the Floyd rose tho.If you could have a verison without that ,that would be great

Wrong tremolo block

After receiving the S-620 guitar, I found it was unplayable. It has 32mm tremolo block it needs a 35mm. When I tried to use the tremolo the springs dig into the back of the guitar. What I don't understand is it passed the quality tests. A person named Alan passed it knowing that the guitar was unplayable and shipped. I'll be spending $20.00 for a new block. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering anymore guitars.

Overall great guitar for the price

Hardly impossible to find a guitar with a FR at this price. The FR does its job and locking nuts seem to be working as well. After some playing with lots of bends, it may get slightly out of tune but the fine tuners help.

The pickups are not top notch but clean sound is nice if you play with the tone knob and distorted sound gets very noisy and lose clarity easily for chords but is fine for lead.

The neck is too wide for my liking, much wider than my strat but the action is good.

If you want to try a FR for the first time, it is the best choice out there.

Cheap guitar don't expect a miracle

Cheap guitar i wouldn't bother unless you need parts or want to pay for a fret job. the fret board is insanely dry tho so watch out. the floyd is pretty good tho. i think you can find a better 2nd h.

Shock to the system.

With this Floyd Rose licensed guitar, at 139¤, this is a banger of an instrument. Stays in tune with the locking nuts, the Fr system is easy enough for a Floyd beginner to set up and maintain and it handles very well. The neck is a thin/fat C shape and provided me a lot of comfortable playing.

The only downside with this instrument is maybe the stock pick ups which can be replaced with some SD or emg pickups at a fairly decent price to turn this guitar into a shredder.

On a side note, my fretboard arrived with some cracks down the middle and as a result I sent it back, however I WILL be buying more Harley Benton guitars. Quality for the price!

S-620 TR

This guitar is insane value for money. The Floyd, tuners, electrics, pickups all function perfectly. The finish is immaculate, the neck smooth and fast, I cannot give too high a recommendation for this guitar. Of course there has to be one negative thing and in this case it is the output jack socket which does not grip the plug as well as I would like so that will be changed. If you want to try out a Floyd Rose style guitar for crazy cheap, look no further!

Brilliant Guitar

I have had this gutiar for about half a year now and its very good.

Pros: - The Floyd rose is great quality

- It stays in tune when using the FR

- Looks stunning

- The neck feels very comfortably

Cons : - The volume knob scraps the body slightly but this might just be on my one

- The 3 way switch feels a little cheap

- The Gold knobs don't match the bridge nut and tuners (the bridge nut and tuners do match, its just the knobs)

- The fretboard on mine is a little bit dry so it might need oiling.

Sound: I haven't mentioned sound simply because it depends on your amp and pedals but for me its got a very good sound.

Conclusion : Its a brilliant guitar for the price, you wont get another with a floyd rose for this price. And if you do I doubt it will be as good quality. The pros outweigh the cons to me. However this just isn't my kind of guitar for the style of music I play and I find the "fine tuners" on the floyd rose to be a little in the way.

HB S-620 TR

I was not expecting too much from the HB S-620 but I was surprised at the excellent value for money. Everything worked as expected, I only had to set up the Floyd Rose. The sound from the pickups is not too bad ether, to my ears the lower E String seems to produce more Bass than most of my other guitars.

Can't really fault it, nice and easy to play.

Fantastic guitar for such a low price

This guitar is way better than I expected. It is the best guitar you can get for such a low price. It looks amazing, it's well built and sounds very nice. If this is gonna be your second or third guitar then it is an excellent choice, but if you already have five, six or more guitars and you want something that is very high quality then you should probably save up some more money for a more expensive one. The only negative comment I can say about this instrument is that the tremolo is not very stable (I can keep it in tune for about a week if I don't do anything extreme with it).

I think that it was a great choice that I bought this instrument. I play it every day and for some reason, I cannot get bored of this guitar.
