Very good for the money

What could be a perfect product is let down by small imperfections... 1, mount the on/off switch atop to avoid accidental turning on 2, incorporate a carry handle recess 3, fit rubber feet buttons 4, make battery compartment able for rechargeable AA batteries (which are commonly larger diameter) Address those issues and you really do have a perfect price point amp... Sound wise, I use it for all my musical needs, including keys and electronic drums...

Zum Üben in relativ ruhigen Umgebungen gut geeignet. Bei Betrieb mit Batterien sind diese natürlich relativ schnell leer. Ich habe das mitgelieferte Netzteil gegen ein stärkeres, das ich noch hatte ausgetauscht, dadurch wurde das Rauschen, das mich zuvor gestört hatte, deutlich weniger. Ich nutze den kleinen Verstärker zum Üben im Wohnzimmer, natürlich erwarte ich keine genaue Abbildung des Bass-Klanges, als kleiner Helfer geht das Gerät voll in Ordnung.

Very good portable amp

Sound is really good. It has 2 channels, but I use mostly clean one. I put e-drums in aux to play bass with drums and it sounds perfect. The amp is really lightweight, compact and easy to use. Also, I like it's vintage appearance and good quality details. The only one downside is that there's no carrying handle which might be a problem for portability.

For this price its surprisingly good

It was my first amp and I now that I have bought a bigger amp the sound quality that this thing produces is amazing especially for the size. I use it so much for outside playing (alone , no for a gig). I totally recommend for indoor practice and for some outside playing for fun (again its not for a gig because its only 10Watts).

Great Amp for my needs

I've been looking for an amp to use in my room and the Joyo MA-10B is perfect for it. I don't have problem with the sound (many times playing at night I use headphone) and the aux in is great to play my bass using the tracks from my laptop.

good for practicing

I use for practicing bass. Good sound quality, expected worse. Needed to upgrade with a grabber belt, however, but it has 2 plastic screws on the sides.

You get a lot for your money!

Great bass amp. Now, some people expect way too much for a small 40€ bass amp, probably a big part of the negative reviews. It's great for things like practicing in your room, but it obviously isn't going to be a good choice if you want to play alongside drums and an electric guitar for example.

Small and impressive!

Perfect for practicing without lugging a heavier practice amp around. This is so light and can run off batteries. Really useful and not expensive, would fully recommend!

Perfect!

I'm not a professional bassist and don't want to go into buying expensive gear yet. However, practicing without an amp is a little boring. This amp is small, compact, and allows me to experiment with the different sounds my bass has to offer without having to buy an expensive amp. It literally fits into my backpack and can run on batteries so I just plug and play. In short, it's perfect for someone who is still in the beginner/intermediate phase, wants to be able to experiment with different tones on his bass, and doesn't want something expensive.

The more I use it, the more I like it

Used as a low volume practice amp when I am learning new material. Sound, well it's not going to compete with your main rig, or even a 1x10 rehearsal amp. It does, however, provide sufficient amplification for what I need. If it is turned up too much then lower notes distort, and it's quite unhappy about low B.

The other main plus is that even using rechargeable batteries it runs for a long time. The gap between recharging batteries is long enough that I can never remember the last time I charged them. It comes with a mains adapter if you prefer that. So it is completely and reliably portable.

I sold my acoustic bass and use this and an electric bass when jamming with friends on acoustic guitars - it's just perfect for that (and this set up takes up less room than an acoustic bass too - added bonus).

IMO a perfect package that does exactly what it is supposed to do. And look at the price.

The best cheap amp I've used - it's super light and can be used with batteries and a plug.

Cheap and works well

I have played bass for several years professionally, but have never owned an amp. It's so good to play at home without headphones, even if the speaker is small, it still feels more natural.

The overdrive is meh for me, but it works. The sound overall is nice, plenty enough at home. Haven't tried the batteries yet.

I play a six string bass and a bass ukulele through it, both are handled nicely.

Aesthetically it looks great and feels solid.

Amazing little amp

The distortion is quite bad.

If you were getting this amp for the distortion, forget about it, it's not good, it's very muddy and maybe only usable in doom metal. On the other side, the tones you can get from this are quite good, deffinitely enough to practise in your bedroom, I've even giged with it, playing jazz with an acoustic guitar and singer and it was able to keep up in volume without distorting.

I think that, as far as small portable amps go, this is the best one in the market.

Nice little combo for bedroom slapping

This Portable Bass Amp is compact and lightweight. I think it looks bigger than it weighs.

It has a decent punch, the sound is surprisingly loud and clear.

I can fit it into my backpack, jump on the bike and be ready to have a cozy little jam session at my buddy's place.

Included AC adapter is an epic win.

Also, it's really cool to be able to practice after midnight thanks to headphones and AUX inputs. I really found myself still playing at 3 am.

Overall, the Joyo MA-10B Portable Bass Amp is a great option for bass players who need a compact, portable amp for practicing or jamming. Sure thing it is not powerful enough for larger gigs or performances, but no one states this. Just a cute practice combo.

Lots for a low cost

This small bassamp can even play the lowest string on a 5-string Ibanez. Amazing!

Great Amp for the Size

Great value! This Joyo bass amp is easy to use and sounds great for the size.

I had to get an adapter to plug it in to a wall outlet here in the United States, but it also runs on batteries so I can use it anywhere.

Its small size makes this amp convenient to bring for jamming anywhere, and it has plenty of volume for practicing, even with other instruments. Plus the settings knobs provide all the sounds I need.
