Nice relatively cheep alternative for other brands. Good for midi expression control. Have polarity switch. Could have input jack socket instead of permanent cable.

Cheap, light and ok quality

Not the best feel when operating the pedal as a volume pedal but for this price its good enough

Good build quality, works as it's supposed to

Used it in a DIY project, worked great, although, wish it was easier to bolt it to a surface, but I guess it wasn't made for that purpose. Other than that, a great product.

Affordable and functional

It does what I required of it - plug in to my keyboard and give me good expression control. Sturdy so far and great price.

Definitely better than expected

I was looking for an expression pedal to use with my multieffects pedalboard, which would only see random use as it's only for silent practice while travelling.

I was expecting a lightweight plastic and flimsy pedal but it's actually way more robust than what you'd think by looking at the pictures, also at this price point it's definitely a bargain. It does what it's supposed, it's cheap and it's possible to swap from TRS to RTS.

The only negative is that you can't use you own cable but for the price you can't really complain.

Squeaky plastics but does the job well.

For the price it is okay. And this gives you an opportunity to connect multiple expression pedals at low budget. I never tried to put my hole weight on it and I would not advice that, but it will survive some occasional abuse I guess. Had to re-solder jack over 5 year usage.

Pros:

* Switch to change 'modes' actually helped me to get desired curve along with the adjusting wheel, that sets the lower limit.

Cons:

* Plastics, that, I think could brake if abused. (It did not yet though :))

* Straight jack and soldered-in wire. (Angled jack could be one's preference and detachable wire would allow to choose wire length and type.)

Fantastic for the price

Considering the price point and that it's plastic, I didn't expect the pedal to feel this robust. It's significantly better quality than I'd expected and performs very well.

The only con is that the cable can't be disconnected, and I expect that wouldn't survive playing a lot of live shows. However, for home use and to try out whether using an EXP pedal is something that works for you, I would highly recommend getting one of these and trying it out.

Great pedal for the price

Works as intended. Polarity switch ensures it will work with any Exp input. Plastic construction, but for the price it's sturdy enough. For on the road use, get a metal frame pedal instead, for home studios this is all you need.

Does what it is supposed to do without any issues

Its a simple product and i was reluctant to spend too much for that reason. I was worried that this might have been too cheap but actually very impressed it works flawlessly for what i need it for ( to control the dynamics of vst instruments with my foot when my hands are too busy with more complex passages). Very robust i think it will last a long time and easy to use. Good product and good price

Good Quality exp pedal

Very good function and works perfect at a very good price

Works with HX Stomp

After some research, I learned, that this switch is supposed to work with the HX Stomp. Bough one, tried it. Actually works.

Only downside is, that there's no detachable cable and the one attached to it is rather long.

I'm thinking about modding it. The feel is great.

Feels like a pedal, works like a pedal.

Works exactly as you'd expect it to. For home use it's all you need. For live gigs you might wanna opt for a more sturdy metal construction that can take more abuse. Nothing wrong with this unit though.

No prolems at all. Pay attention to one knob on the side, usage is tricky if You do not know about it :)

Good pedal

This is, for the price range, a good pedal for midi expression. It is plastic, but feels sturdy and is smooth in control. May be less optimal and not sturdy enough for touring and performance in venue, but is a good option for home studio use.

Handy

I use this to control my Synth pedal. Works a treat.

Nice cheap expression pedal

Nice cheap expression pedal. I use it Boss DM-2W without an issue. The only downside is missing 6.3 connector on the pedal, so you can only wait till the original cable is broken, instal the connector to device yourself and start to use regular stereo jack-jack cable.

I don't know how it works with other devices and how much sturdiness it shows on the stage in let's say year or two..

A good and well build budget expression pedal

This is budget well built expression pedal. It is compatible with many devices so that's a mega plus!. The only thing that sets it aside from more expensive pedals is that it's not very expressive.

The action is too loose and it is easily knocked out of position with a glancing blow from your foot. Overall is a good, reliable pedal for the price.

This pedal is great for the price, doesn't feel cheap and the action feels good.

Cheap and good for the job

I'm a gigging musician in Amsterdam, and I need to be able to move around the city and the country with as minimum weight as possible. These pedals are great for any musician who needs something that does the job without being worried if it gets broken, stolen or lost.

Use

I use it to control different effects in my pedal board. The pedalboard itself is heavy, and having to carry everything, plus adding even more weight to it, is something I rather not do.

Pros

They do the job! Plus, they are extremely light and inexpensive, so you can just use them without worrying if anything happens to them.

Cons

- They are made of cheap plastic, if you have a big strong foot that loves to break pedals, then they might not last very long. Also, if you are extremely dependent on using your pedals, if one of these fails you on the spot, then you'll need to have a spare pedal to get through the situation... in that case you might want to get a more reliable exp pedal, made of a better material.

- THE CABLE IS NOT DETACHABLE, if it breaks then you can throw it away.

- The feel of the pedal is not great at all, you'll need to get used to it (which I did).

Overall

If you are looking for something to do the job and don't want to spend that much money, then this is the exp pedal you were looking for. On the other hand, if you are picky about the quality of the construction/durability and not bothered about spending more money, plus having to carry more weight to your gigs, then it might not be the one for you.
