Millenium SD-120 B StudioDesk Reviews
I recommend
I still love this work station. Easy to assemble. Just donât forget to put glue when assembling to renforce the pads that hold up and lower sliding pad.
Good features
It has lots of cool features like the keyboard drawer and the headphones holders. The upper part is a little too high but it's fine if you have a good chair.
Great desk but just one design flaw
This is a really great quality piece of furniture that’s not too difficult to assemble (I had a bit of trouble with securing the top part of the desk as the screws provided were a bit finicky). The desk looks really sleek and has enough space for a keyboard and mouse, MIDI keyboard, interface and a few other things like a synth or drum machine. The one design flaw which is why I gave it a four is that due to the 5U rack space the monitor sits at a very high angle and causes strain on my neck when I work. I think that this desk would benefit if they sacrificed some of the rack space so that the monitor sits at a better angle. One more thing that is very important to consider if you’re considering buying this is that the box it ships in is HEAVY. If you live in a block of flats or you have stairs in your house that you need to get this up it’s best you try and arrange having someone else around to help or else you might struggle.
fits my needs for a home studio

The desk is very good, has fit the racks without a problem and is very convenient at work. The top shelf is somewhat high for the computer screen, but I solved the problem with a mounting bracket. The drawer is quite spacious
An Affordable & Versatile Desk
When starting to get into outboard gear, the SD-120 is a great option compared to other more expensive desks. Plenty of room to add units and learn the wire pathing. Plenty of workspace for a keyboard, sequencer, or monitor controller. Plenty of room for my 32" monitor to see everything in my sessions. And two headphone hooks are definitely a nice touch. For those looking to dip their toes into the analog world, the SD-120 is a great starting point at a great price.
Worth to the price
Arrive on time and well packed.. reasonable price
Great desk.
Excellent desk. Solid and full of features. Highly recommended.
Slight cons... the rack spaces could have beeb 6u rather than 5u. This would have allowed 2 rows of euro rack. Conversely the monitor sits too high, leading to neck strain.

Nice and handy product.
Awesome!
The assebly was easy, the instructions were clear. Steardy desk. Very pleased with my purchase
Excellent Value Studio Desk
I’ve had my desk for about 2 years now and during that time it has served me very well. The build quality, design and features are excellent for the price. In my opinion by far the best studio desk in this price range.
Solid Build
This desk is really nice for the price, its sturdy with a solid build. Definitely recommend, couldn't be happier with my purchase.
The best for synths
I bought this studio to make my synths work in my homestudio
Cannot be better, the little rackmount is all i need to my hardwares. and there's even space for controllers.
10/10 would recomment to a friend!
Good with some design inefficency
The desk looks great and has very good material. Super easy to assemble with clear spec. The top shelf is very high though, so you need to raise the chair quite a lot, however, the slide tray is so low that your knee are going to hit it and make the all thing very uncomfortable. The tray sticks too far out and has too much hight. Otherwise, this will be a perfect desk.
Strong, very strong!!!
Great addition to your gear. Works perfectly in my humble home studio. Great design, lots of space and really well built. Moving shelf for keys on bottom is a fantastic addition and leaves so much work space on the main counter. Handy hooks for cables and tray at the back tidies everything up.
Totally unergonomic to the point where it physically uncomfortable to use
The monitor shelf is too high, and the pull out shelf is too low making it very uncomfortable to use. As other's have stated, the racks are terrible. Only has a couple of things going for it, it's very easy to assemble and is fairly sturdy.
Decent for the price but forget about the racks.
I've had this a bit over one year now so figured good time for a review. Overall for the price the desk is great. I have an 11qm room that's quite narrow, so this was kind of the only option for me. I was excited about the racks as I have just a few small 19" tools (a/d/d/a, 3630) and plan on getting an Apollo x8 soon, some 90s rack effects, so forth.
Putting this thing together wasn't too difficult. a couple tough places to reach but overall kinda like Ikea advanced level tricks. So I get this thing all sorted, and yeah... as the reviews generally say, the height of the racks is totally absurd. I tried for a week and gave up, removed the whole thing and threw the rack away. Nonsense. So now it's a nice desk with a keyboard drawer at a good height. BUT 1 year later it's shaking around like crazy. I don't mind too much but definitely time to tighten some screws. It's particle board in there so not sure how much this will help.
Yeah, you get a decent desk for the price, if you have a narrow room I do recommend it, unless you can afford a custom desk. There's really nothing else that's this narrow and does the trick. I'm fine with it, but noting more than that.
It has a ringy sound
The metalic parts are ringing very loud, not really made for studios.
Changed my life!
I use this desk for personal and work and it’s been a dream!
Simple but great
You will find different station but this one is a great leverage between price and quality. Longlasting and easy to build, good choise.
Good value for money
Basic studio desk but good value for money
