Great Tuner

I found myself struggling to quickly tune my guitar between songs with monophonic tunersm, so I decided to finally try out this one.

The only issues I found are that the display is not necessarily scratch-resistant and that the handling was a little tricky for me- especially in adrenaline-filled live environments.

Beyond that I am very satisfied with the PolyTune. It has solved my tuning struggles.

Tunes

Very easy to use and quite small to easily go unnoticed on the guitar headstock.

It will occasionally turn off mid tune. Unsure if this is a defect or just a feature

Best clip tuner

Fine tuning on acoustic and electric guitars.

The feature of checking all strings is not accurate enough, it will help to periodically quickly check and identify a problem in tuning, it is much more convenient to check each string.

Not intended for human use

It would be super great because its small and looks good but the on/off switch is so completely annoying that you need a seperate robot arm with a tiny robot finger to turn it on and off. What a silly design flaw.

It does seem to read the tuning well and the clip is nice and solid but it takes so much effort to turn it off when it's clipped on the guitar that is jst isn't worth the time. Buy something else. Trust me.

Does what it says on the tin - but brilliantly!

I'm amazed at how well this works and how intuitive it is to use. I've never used a clip on tuner before but now that I have I doubt that I will ever want to use any other type.

Not for me.

I don't know why, but the battery in mine didn't work that long.

And as soon as I started to change batteries, the battery life declined fast for some reason.

It works and looks great, but the clip on the back (the one that keeps the battery in) became quite loose and soon after I found myself filling the small cavity up with paper, just to get enough pressure on the battery so the tuner wouldn't quit on me.

I just ordered the Uni-Tune, curious to see if it works better.

Overall I just this for quite some time, but it became an annoyance.

Round 2 is the Uni-Tune vs the Korg PC-2+!

Stopped working within a few months of purchase. Battery drains in minutes even when switched off.

Best ever tuner

I liked this tuner for the metal clip, as I had two previous tuners with brcken clips before. I had no idea how accurate and how nice it is to be able to see all the strings at one time. I checked tuner accuracy with my electric guitar tuner and it is absolutely the same on my Gibson LP.

The only thing I wish is that the automatic power off can be disabled.

Is what it say it is. I particularly like that you can hit all strings to see if any are out of tune.
