great vibration absorber

gets the job done and hold mic nicely

Well made shock mount

It does it job, but slight vibrations still pass to the mic . But for a non professional studio it will be perfect.

Very useful - buy at least 2 of them.

Shock mounts are a must-have device, particularly when working with musicians who can't help walking into a mic stand at the worst possible moment. At less than 8euro a throw you should buy one for every suitable mic that you own.

Great shock mount!

I use this shock mount with the Behringer XM8500 and I've had 0 issues with weight or handling.

It is rather large, though, so keep that in mind when positioning for video use or cramped spaces.

The best option for my overheads.

When there is a product like this for this price, there was no need for me to use shock mounts from other brands. It's very high-quality and practical.

Simple

It works, for me. Love it.

Great value!

I bought one of these hoping it would fit my pair of Oktava Mk-012's, and it did so I got the other one with my next order! Amazing value for money, as it seems very well made. Actually I haven't been disappointed with any of my t.bone products so far.

I'll most likely wind a rubber band around the end of each MK-012 in a situation where the mics are pointing right downwards, just as a security precaution because the mics are quite slim. But it probably isn't necessary though.

I can definitely recommend this mic shock mount!

Everything you need

The t bone shock mount is a great solution for all your condenser mic needs. The elasticity holds mics tightly and securely, and the overall construction looks and feels great. Easy to attach to boom and straight mic stands. Cheap, easy to use- no complaints!

works incredible well

Use it for a Royer R-121 (25mm diameter) and it just fits perfectly - no need to spend 300 GBP for a branded shockmount - this just does it very nicely - spare bands included and if you are still sceptical - buy 2 - you wont regret it!

Nice universal solution

Clip for Behringer C-3 has broken and this is cheap and reliable solution.

However, I wouldn't use it in overhead solution (with mic upside-down). I guess nothing would happened, but I wouldn't take any chances.

Great product at a great price

For the price, this is excellent.

So long as you aren't moving your mic around after you've set it up, this product is great. However, the rubber bands which do the job of holding the mic in place seem a tiny bit too flexible for my liking.

Having said that, for my purposes, I'm delighted with the product

Good Shockmount

This is a good shockmount that gets the job done. However make sure you realise that it can only fit small mics like dynamics or small diaphragm condensers as I thought that it was bigger than it turned out to be.

Great holder

This is a well made and very cheap spider.

It fits my Samson C01u fine, the mic sits in it with about 1cm between the top of the spider and the bottom of the capsule screen on the mic, it holds it very tight and being rubber supports it doesn't scratch (although I wouldn't trust it holding the mic upside down!)

Nice little universal Microphone cradle

Along with this cradle I ordered a T.Bone SC-300 which supposedly does not have a compatible microphone cradle. Well, I could use these two together quite nicely. It's a bit tricky, but it should work out quite nicely. The girth is just enough for that microphone.

I put these together because I am pretty much just starting out and getting to know the whole system of using a large diaphragm microphone for recording vocals. The cradle goes into a standard microphone stand so getting started with it should be a breeze. This thing seemed to come with some spare elastic bands, which is definitely a plus!

As one might expect, the product is very plasticky, even the straps are made out of plastic. However, this is a great product if you only need to keep up the microphone and do not care about that extra feeling of quality. I've used it for six months now and the microphone is still in place, the screws are stable and the plastic has not ruptured.

Works well

I ordered 3 pieces - one for my home studio and 2 for my friend who is a professional sound engineer. He recommended this item to me, and it works very well.

Brilliantly made shock mount, no qualms.

This shockmount is great. Regarding the design and manufacturing I can highly recommend it, however it's a little loose for use with my Oktava MK12 when booming (but still very possible). That's not the mount's fault though! I'll certainly come back for another if I need a new mount.
