It does the job well

I've been using it for a while, and it has done the job very well. the elastics are holding well, and it seems to be a sturdy construction. I will buy more of these in the future for my other mics.

The sturdiest shock-mount at this price.

There are plenty of low cost, low quality shock-mounts on the market. This is not one of them.

The stand mount is sturdy. The tightening mechanism is conclusive and has a very firm feel.

The outer ring is made of alloy, not plastic and is very strong.

The lightweight plastic inner ring hosts a second set of bands, providing an even greater level of isolation.

A great product in terms of functionality, quality and price.

Great value

Even though spec says max 40mm, this fits 52mm diameter mic (AT2020). The mic itself is held between the elastic cords, so it adapts very well to any mic size. Works very well, and costs next to nothing! Worth every penny.

For this price

For this price you may not expect anything very good but this device impressed me as you get a fully working shochmount for a ten. Quality feels good and I have nothing to complain as it just works. The price is low so that's plus.

Excellent value mic suspension on a budget.

Bought these for a couple of Rode NT5s and didn't really expect too much at such a low price, but they exceeded my expectations. Build quality is surprisingly good at this price point and they provide just as much isolation as MUCH more expensive branded shock mounts I own for other mics. Brilliantly they're designed (or maybe its lucky coincidence?) to just fit together in an X/Y mounting if you use a stereo bar and a thread spacer on one mount. I also managed to get them neatly set up correctly for ORTF with the same mics. It looks like the dude who designed these actually tested them out at prototype stage to check their usability - something that doesn't always seem the case with cheaper products!

Can't recommend them strongly enough - superb product for the price.

Great Mic Holder

Good, solid unit for holding all moderate sized microphones. Used with pencil condensors to great effect.
