Great sounding & Budget friendly Studio monitor

I've got a pair of these for my bedroom studio.

They're great sounding, with that Adam's ribbon tweeter its great at mid's and highs.

They're loud.

The look is great as I love the minimalist look, but the only thing I don't like about them is that the important controls are in the back so you have to reach out behind them to turn them off and to change the volume of the monitors.

If you're thinking of buying them, then surely YES! Buy them!

Good speakers but not for my room

My use DJ house and techno music, the most and also casual listening. My room 3.5m x 3m.

I send them back due to 2 reasons:

1. Boomy bass and the mids disappear a a little bit. Too much bass for my room. I have acoustic treatment (no bass traps) but anyway they overpower my room, too much energy, these speakers need a bigger space. They could go very low (39 kHz) which for house is perfect, unfortunately not for my room.

2. One of the speakers came with a small damage in the edge of the box. No a big deal and they worked perfectly but anyway it is not acceptable for me.

Great speakers for that price range but unfortunately not for my small room.

Pros-

Tweeter makes you hear a clear and open sound.

Woofer is also clear and tight.

Cons-

Volume knob is not the best.

I have these in my small room studio, clean sounding nearfield monitors. The T7Vs impressed me with their detailed, incisive treble and generous bass and I found the T7Vs very comfortable to work with. I am totally astounded with the sound quality of these monitors.

Best sound for this price! Everyone liked these speakers, including the owners of the A7X. Thanks to ribbon tweeters, my ears don't get tired of listening for 10-12 hours a day. With the Yamaha HS-7 I had such a problem. 1 year of using and no problem, except that neighbors from the upper floor sometimes come and ask to make it quieter. I'm thinking about buying a T5B for a my DJ set-up. Adam, respect!

ADAM in my ears

We have the T3V , DNAUDIO , EVENT 2020 ,TANOY Revel . These are really good . ALL in our home studio .

If you have the Budget for these DEFF get them. BASS is more than enough. Not as defined as the DNAUDIO But then you are paying 3 times less . Highly recommended to all for this price range .

Value for money is extreme

The value for your money here is extreme. I'm really missing some lights in the front when they are on, but that's purely cosmetic.

Don't forget the "break-in" time which is listed at Adam site.

Gorgeous monitors!

These are my first monitors. Thanks to them, I heard what I had never heard before. Great sound, detail, space. Now I can't just hear the music, now I see it.

Perfect Monitors for Crystal Clear Audio

I love these monitors so much. Definitely the top model in terms of its price range compared to other brands!! I would 100% recommend this to all other music makers!

very nice sound

Initially I wanted to buy the T5V but I had to wait 2-3 weeks to get them so I went with this option and I'm glad I did, they sound amazing and clear, ever since I heard them the first time I can't stop listening to them/music for a while now. The quality and sound are high for that price

Best Quality/Price ratio out there!

I've received my Adams T7V a while back now and have played them on various occasions and never got disappointed! in the Living room with vinyl and Cdjs to house parties. The Sound is incredibly clear and crisp even at high volume!

Would 100% recommend this product for any DJ or producer out there!

Shipping to Australia was also very quick and effortless, which is definitely a bonus!

There's nothing better in this price range.

Absolutely astounded with the sound quality of these monitors.

Surprisingly deep and with tight transients, zero distortion even at high-ish volumes (>89spl). Mid frequencies are very detailed and precise, great soundstage. The killer feature IMO is the waveguide of the tweeter: it has a very wide spread in the horizontal axis, but a very narrow one in the vertical axis. That helped me solve the main issue in my studio, the ceiling, and desk reflections.

The only slight niggle is the class D amplifier which has a higher noise floor than I'm used to, but really sweet noise, not harsh or obtrusive.

100% recommended.

Oh, and also don't forget the 5 years of warranty!

I am really happy with these monitors. I had a hard tim to choose monitors, because there are a ton of great options. After listening to A8x I knew I had to go with Adam. It's a great speaker to use as daily drivers or mixing/producing. One thing to mention is that it's bigger than it looks in photos or review videos.

High quality monitor. Great bass and mid range register. Finish is very well done, using wood and ribbon tweeter. Connecting them to console or external sound card via 6,3 mono jack or RCA cable.

Great 7 inch monitor for price

I'm an electronic music producer, Making melodic techno in a 4 to 3 meters bedroom. I living in the centre of Istanbul lots of residents and lives too much people.

Very good bass responses. Still good quality in low decibels, but i promise If you work in high-moderate levels, your neighbors gone mad maybe... :(

But Is not the problem of Adam or Focusrite! :)

Adam makes his bests for the price.

+ Its a very good entry lvl 7 inch speaker.

- If you are living in apartment your neighbors wouldn't be able as happy as you are...
