The best

Small, discrete, accurate, and just excellent. It's now standard equipment on my stringed instruments. Can be a bit tricky to use for basses though; would have wanted a little better frequency response there.

Very small tuner not visible from far.

Works without space

Size doesn't matter

This tuner is super small and almost invisible when fixed on the backside of the headstock.

I used it with both a 4-string and a 5-string bass and it works great for both, even at low frequencies of a B string. It does however takes a few moments longer to get a good reading when tuning the low B string.

Not for 8 strings

Really compact and comfortable. Works perfectly for 6, harder for 7 and almost useless for 8 string (tried with 4 different guitars and pickups). Eventually I've bought pedal instead, don't use it anymore at all.

A a great low profile tuner

Easily fits on all acoustic and electric guitars.

You can rotate the screen very quickly if needed.

The build quality is very good, it can easily take a beating.

The battery lasts long, I didn't need to replace it yet. With previous tuners I had this was a big problem. The battery lasted for 5 day after the purchase...

If you are looking for a great low profile tuner I would definitely recommend.

Nice little tunner

Tunner is even smaller then expected, you just clip it in the headstock and forget it is even there. Tunning seems pretty accurate. It's got a color screen and can be seen even in the dark. It has an awesome feature that allows you to rotate the information of the screen, so you can install it in any position on the guitar and still have the information facing you. Highly recommended!

Great for guitar but not for bass

As many reviewers already indicated, this is a cool micro tuner, it amost disappear on headstocks, on black ones it is invisible. Unfortunately it does not work well on bass, the only way i can get the reading of the E string is playing an harmonic @ 12th fret. The fact that is not comptible with bass should be indicated to the buyer. Overall a great cool little tuner.

All you ever need.

Perfect tuner with a very low profile look. Does what it's supposed to do and not killing the look of your guitar :)

Mixed feelings here

The first PW-CT-12 I got a while ago for my bass had a green screen, a mode button for tuning or metronoming and 180 degree screen flip. It worked well on the C and F tuned strings but rarely picked up the D and G. Playing the 12th-fret harmonic to tune them sometimes worked, but haphazardly. In a studio with other instruments making a noise the tuner failed totally to register anything at all. Best position for the tuner appeared to be right at the far end of the headstock, well away from the nut. My second purchase, shown here, has a white on blue screen, no mode button so no metronoming and 90 degree screen rotation. A better mix in my view. Performance is similar to the green-screen tuner. These tuners both really cannot cope with the two bottom strings on my basses and in fact the Snarks have proven in my experience to be much more capable and a better choice for tuning a bass. But who wants a ruddy satellite dish hanging off the end of his murder weapon?

Discreet headstock tuner

This is a great little tuner, taking up very little space when mounted on the back of a headstock, with only a small part visible from the front. It's just like any other clip-on tuner as far as accurracy goes - it's adequate and the display is clear and easy to read. It can be flipped upside down depending on where you have it located.

I've tried it on various acoustic and electric guitars, and there is one small issue - when clipped to a really thin headstock (eg. a Telecaster), the tuner's clip will not adjust small enough for a good fit. I've worked around this by attaching the rubber foot from a pedal on the tuner mount point which works well.

Broken

Had it in my shirt pocket with my reading glasses.

I got my glasses out and the thing was stuck on the braces.

Obviously it droped on the floor. ( WOOD FLOOR)

The screen BROKE.

Now is heading to the junks. WOW!!!

A very sensitive piece of eq. or an ENGINEERING flaw ?

Space Saving Accurate Tuner

Surprisingly accurate even in moderately noisy environment and it's so small it's so convenient to take around and quickly tune or verify tuning.

Pros:

+Small size factor makes for low profile visibility and makes it convenient to take along

+Color display (angle of display can be rotated to adapt orientation of the device on the headstock)

+Works in moderately noisy environment (Instruments in the background, people chatting, etc.)

+Nitrocellulose lacquer friendly

+Chromatic tuner

Cons:

-Integrated metronome is limited to visual only

Generally good little tuner...however...

Only bad thing that I could point out on this product is the fact that the reader on this tuner is quiet weak feature as for example if you in a gig situation and you depend on it takes ages for tuner to settle especially if you hitting your bass strings a bit harder with pleck it gets confused or if the string goes out half step down for instance its start flashing red or green you have to give it extra time to adjust and the hopefully you might be able to get it right which sometimes in certain situations there is not much break in between the songs you better stick to you foot tuner Tc, Mooer or Boss will be less annoying...great product for home use but that's just my opinion :)

Tiny and very reliable

I love using this non-intrusive, unnoticeable and very accurate tuner on my travel Martin Dreadnought Junior guitar. Fancy and useful!

It is very easy to use, the screen is small but clear and I've never had any problems seeing the display. However in a live or rehearsal situation it doesn't work.

Amazing

Accurate and almost invisible. if you own a classical guitar this is the way to go. It works perfectly. Great tool.
