love these strings
lovely strings. just the right gauge for me. Have them on my tele a while now and still not dulling or corroding at all
Ernie Ball strings don't disappoint
These strings sound absolutely brilliant on my Strat and allow my fingers to manipulate bends like knives through butter. If you have a Strat type guitar and enjoy top quality clean tones like me, Ernie Ball's Hybrid Slinkys are the way to go. I've also had to replace the nut of my guitar and clean my fretboard separately in the past week, meaning I had to take the strings off and put them back on twice and they have not given me any indication that they would break at all. Loving these strings
Amazing
Amazing feeling and sounding strings
Excellent strings, last very long, sound very punchy and clear.
It's hard to write something about them...
I used different strings, as a result I settled on these and have been using them for several years.
Classic
High-quality strings, the term of a good sound matches the price, I always take 9-46 for optimal tension on a standard guitar tuning.

I only ever get Ernie ball sting now!
My new favorite strings
I have struggled for some time to find the right string gauge for me. I do enjoy playing on slightly thinner strings, but i always felt they sounded a bit thin in the bottom end.
Until i found these strings!!!
They are kind of a mix between a .9mm set (the three treble strings) and a .10mm set (the three bass strings).
I have used them on my Les Paul for some time now. They have the great sound we know from Ernie Ball strings, they are long lasting and i find they are really balanced!
Great string
My favorites string at decent price. What more is there to say..
Best strings
Been using these for a looong time. Always reliable and sound great.
oldie but goodie
Been using those for almost 30 years now,no complaints...

As a rhythm guitarist whose guitar of choice is a Strat, sometimes you need a bit more oomph on the bottom end (especially when your lead guitarist favours a Les Paul). I switched to Hybrid Slinkys over 25 years ago and have never looked back. They're bright and clear, while the heavier bottom end adds real balls (no pun intended) to your sound.
Been using Ernie Ball 8-38's, 9-42's, 10-46's for a very long time and I have found that each has their strengths. [10-46} : 46-36-26 strings are great for driving thick rhythm. {9-42} : 11-16 strings are great for solid melody and rhythm. {8-38 : 8-11 strings are great for bending pedal steel licks to radical blues-rock bends. The best the three worlds = 8-11-16-26-36-46. From an economical stand point, the Hybrid Slinky with an .008 is a pretty affordable and fun experience. I've spent a lot of money on strings over the years and during my developmental and experimental phases I've come to enjoy this combination. The 10-46 forced me to be a better rhythm player with blue-jazz origins. The 9-42 turned me on to rock. The 8-38 taught me to create wicked country bends with speed. I feel now after 30 yrs or so of playing I've decided to take what I like from each set and make it my own. I'll call it, "Three Of A Kind"
Great value for money
Ernie Ball Hybrid Slikies are my strings of choice: they are cheap, feel nice and have a great tone. What more could you want? They gives you heavy power chords and nice and bright open chords... The first time I tried this set on my guitar I was astonished, now I only use Hybrid Slinky.
Everything that a string should be.
These strings sound like the rest of the Ernie Ball slinkies, which is a good trait. I enjoyed the hybrid setup less than I thought I would, but if it's your thing, it's your thing, and these strings will serve you well.
Great bang for the buck
They feel great, but don? t last long
Good classic strings
You know strings that you can always rely on and that is Ernie Ball. Constistent and balanced. What else should I say? You just love them. They do not last as coated, but they have the best sound above all classics.
After testing sooooo many strings (I am 57 yo) this is my preferred set for my Gibson and Fender guitars. On some guit I use this, on some other the green. Ciao.
Good Price for the price
10 years using this strings and so far are my favorites.
Don?t break easily
