Harley Benton G112 Celestion V30 Reviews
Amazing as expected
Very good for a small rig and more, it’s a bargain, it’s a steal, the sound is there and the build quality to match it, impressive!
Good for studio or combo extension use
Very similar to British version
Can't go wrong
When you "break in" the speaker, the sound becomes great! Otherwise straight out of the box it has this box-y sound to it, which can be annoying, but for the price it's a no brainer. Im giving it 4 stars for quality because the white line that goes around the front square of the amp was cracked in one particular place.
Great Value
It's been said a ton, but I live in Canada, and honestly nothing retail here comes even close to touching the price of this, I've been watching classifieds for the last 4 months, and I haven't seen one pop up even remotely similar in price, for a used one! I also got a smoking deal on a pedal, so splitting shipping in half for both items was great.
Worth More than the Price
Didn't want a cab with anything else besides the input and a good quality speaker. I honestly didn't think I was getting too much quality when I purchased this cabinet. However, I was more the surprised when I hooked this into my HK tube head and cranked the volume. The tones this speaker can put out is incredible. Additionally, the weight is perfect. It isn't too heavy because of its compact size yet remains a sturdy construction. Highly recommend this!
REALLY?
Well, if you really need to read the reviews on this page then you don't deserve one of these amazing cabs.
There is simply nothing to say, other than just go ahead and pay, you will not be disappointed in any way with this cab.
The quality of the the build, the tolex looks and feels amazingly good for any cab, let alone one that costs just 148 euros or so.
We have paired it with a PRS MT15 head and it is just beautiful. We usually run a Line 6 4 x 12 Vintage 30 unit which delivers, however, I don't imagine ever having to plug it in again. The sound from the little unit is expressive and articulate. It can handle clear, bright top end at volume without any stress, whilst the mid and lows are just right too. When driven a bit harder it shouts back "bring it on..!" I'm so chuffed with this cab, we could have bought the PRS dedicated cab 1 x 12 vintage but why would you at 550ish euros? This all belongs to my guitarist son, I'm just a drummer but I understand the words quality and bargain. Get ordering for heaven's sake man! (or woman!)

I needed something more for home practicing. Something small with a good quality big sound. From design and construction its a nice and durable speaker cabinet. Material is nice, the corners are metal. The front cover material looks good. Half open back. For home use the 1x12"speaker is completely enough. The cabinet could be a little bit smaller and lighter, but than you are loosing a little bit bass. But still the overal size and weight is ok. Its equiped with a Celestion V30 12" 60w speaker. Great speaker. In combination with my Joyo Bantamp Zombie its really loud for home playing. And it sounds really good. Also it costs almost the same like only the speaker it self. I dont know how they did it, but the price is really good. Sure you can find better build cabinets from big name companies for more money. But this one gets the job done. Good build quality, good speaker, good sound for good money. A lot of music for good money.
Amazing cab.
I use it with 5W Bugera g5 amp.
This v30 speaker sounds great in a room.
5W Bugera g5 with this cab gives enough volume to play a rehearsal with a drummer.
If you close back of this cab with cardboard you will have more low frequency as closed back cabs.
Overall it's a grate cab.
Woth your buck
When comparing quality-price relation, it's the best deal out there
My favourite 1x12 Cab
I have had a blast with this cab. It sounds great with the celestion vintage 30 inside and it’s sturdily built enough to withstand some solid abuse. It’s an excellent step down from the 2x12 and is more than capable of projecting its sound across a room. In my case the 2x12 was too large for my application and location. This strikes a great balance between size, sound and cost that is more than worth it in my opinion
Still a really good choice. After years of use I still love this pedal. Because of the half-open back contruction the sound is less harsh, it goes well with all kinds of sounds. The construction is solid, I've had it for 5+ years now, altho only home use, but it hold us really well.
Faultless
I honestly can't fault this cab. It's construction is solid and it sounds incredible for the price. It sounds incredible regardless of price!

this cabinet is loaded with v30 and the amounts of volume and low end you can get out of this cabinet is amazing. when I got it there were some slight imperfection but the cabinet is a steel for what it is 10 out of 10 for me.
Perfect Cab for Home Use.
This is surely the best value for money when it comes to guitar cabs. While its a 1X12, it certainly packs a punch and I would highly recommend it to persons who live in small apartments or who simply don't need a 4x12 or 2x12 to have fun at home.
Amazing Value
I was skeptical when I purchased this cabinet, as it is less expensive than just buying the speaker itself from other vendors. The cabinet is amazing! Very well made, and sounds exactly like much more expensive cabs with the same speaker. I use it with an Orange amplifier, and it sounds fantastic, at around a third of the price of the Orange cabinet.
The only issue I had was a couple of dings from shipping. The box was barely bigger than the cabinet, so when the box got damaged, so did the tolex on the cabinet. Consider beefing up the shipping box.
Nice sounding cab
Quality 1x12 cab with Celestion v30 vintage speaker. This is my second one because I was very pleased with the first one. Sounds great when paired with my tube amps. I highly recommend this company & product.
Best bang for the buck 1x12 cab on the market!
If you're looking for some Celestion Vintage 30 1x12 cabs but don't want to mortgage your house to do it, these are the cabs for you!
My cabs were delivered quickly & safely. They sound great & will only sound better with a little breaking-in time. Compact and sturdy, they look good and don't take up much space.
Bottom line: There's no way to go wrong with these 1x12 cabs. The price-point is where its at!
Good
This works well for me at home
Amazing cab! nothing comes close in this price. just get it
Only 8 ohms input, but not a big drawback.
Cheap and good quality
For the price this cabinet is more than worth taking a look at, but after a fair bit of use I've found this to be a very good quality speaker.
The cabinet itself is of a good build quality, the corners a metal and the handle feels quite robust so it will definitely take a few accidental hits. With the speaker being a real celestion speaker the sound quality is also very good.
Worthwhile if you don't have the room for a big cabinet, or if you don't want to carry a big cabinet around for shows.
