K&M 18810 Black Reviews
Nice and sturdy does it
After getting fingers trapped and losing ones rag too many times with cheap and nasty X style keyboard stands, this is a world away and is absolutely great. Goes together easy and is very sturdy and secure. If we get too many for Christmas again this year I may screw a bit of mdf to the top of it and use it as a table extension.

Excellent keyboard rack, easy to use, well built, stable, good for large (8 octaves) keyboards.
Super stand
I had x stand for a while and it was supper annoying because the whole thing was shaking like crazy. This one though is super stable and there are tons of accessories. I personally got also second level with table.
You have to buy it
I have nearly all the products from K&M. Microphone, keyboard, monitor stands. Even i bought a Piano chair.
In one word: QUALITY!
Zdecydowanie warty swojej ceny
Statyw jest idealny do domowego ćwiczenia, nie chwieje się i jest niesamowicie stabilny nawet przy mocnych uderzeniach w klawisze.
Do transportu nie jest bardzo wygodny ale jest prosty w demontażu.
High quality
Super stabile, suprime quality, not so practical to move and carry,or for gigs.
Less practical for transport to.
Great!
Bought this 3 years ago as I needed to upgrade to a two tier stand. Easy to set up, sturdy and works exactly as you want it to. It also holds up in the long run, don’t see myself changing it out anytime soon.
Great modular stand
Very solid, no wobble. Worth the price
Does exactly what it is supposed to
Very steady, unlike many X-shaped stands. Also what I like about this item is it provides plenty of room underneath the top bar so you can freely place your legs there.
I wish it would be possible to adjust the height down a little bit (minus 5cm or so), because I keep my keyboard under the table.
Stable product overall does what it is meant to do
Bought it with a lot of accessories(wheels, laptop holder, 2nd level going on 3rd, microphone holder), overall great and sturdy, wheels are brilliant. Once everything is mounted a bit difficult to change the levels for one person. Laptop holder and microphone holder have limited reach or customization
Handling
As a player of Vermona Formation organ, it is a very good stand for the instrument of that weight.
Playing gigs, the screws are not too practical to handle in a live situation, but that is maybe not the idea of that stand either.
Andres Kontus
After trying x-stands and various other keyboard stands, this is the ultimate for me in support for my Yamaha MX49 Keyboard and I need to order another for my Behringer Odyssey Synth which it supports beautifully. It’s solid and more balanced than X Stands and offers much in adjusting height and width for your keyboard.
Sturdy & high quality
So solid, easily adjustable, works great as a keyboard bench in studio and is nicely adaptable and configurable for stage use too.
Majestically Made
Feel like we have a worse quality of life living in the united states. This product cost almost half as much as some of the stuff I've sent back that was complete junk. I love K&M. It's built like a tank, sturdy as an ox, not too heavy, easy to build and disassemble, and fits my vintage synths like a glove! I'm looking for more K&M to add to my new collection of worthy gear accessories!
Embarrassed consumer who thought K&M Table Omega cost too much!!!
I had a foolish opinion on something I knew nothing about but thought I was qualified to say it cost too much. I ignored reviews from other customers about K&M products because of what I thought was an overpriced regular product.
My ignorance finally gave up the good fight, when I was returning inferior unstable keyboard tables that wasn't fit for purpose over a period of several months sometimes at my cost! This didn't defeat the object of saving money.
Finally after giving in and releasing my hard earned cash, I ordered the K&M 18810 Omega Keyboard table & K&M 18811. When it arrived it looked a million times better than what I thought and I realised I had more than value for money in quality and stability and design.
I was so impressed I ended up adding K&M 18822 Extension and K&M 18819 just to give it that finished professional look.
I stand correct when I say this is a brilliant product to own. As for the cost, I'm never going to be so cheap and judgemental again on K&M products. I do feel stupid for thinking I knew better but I came good in the end and K&M taught me not to prejudge by its cost!
Lesson learned "Reviews matter"
Classic K&M Quality
Finally a sturdy stand with less clutter. You can't go wrong with K&M. Using their stands for more than 20 years now. Excellent!
A sturdy stand, but not very portable
I use this stand at home to hold Studiologic SL88 Studio MIDI controller (13.7kg), and recently added the optional 18811 second tier attachment to hold a Nord Electro 6D 73 (9.2kg).
As you'd expect from K&M, it's well made and very sturdy. I don't have any worries about leaving the keyboards on it; it's impossible for it to tip over, I'm sure it won't collapse, and it doesn't wobble in use. So, it does its job very well.
I only gave it 3/5 stars for handling because, while it's not difficult to dismantle and reassemble (remove two screws from the arms and undo two tool-less bolts to remove the legs), it's quite bulky even when disassembled. I wouldn't choose this stand if I wanted something portable. But, most portable stands are not as sturdy as this stand, so that's a compromise either way.
My only complaint is not about the stand itself, but rather about the 18811 second tier attachment: even at the minimum height, the second keyboard is higher than I would like. I didn't mind this when I bought it to use with a single keyboard (so I won't take any stars off for this), but if I'd realised I would want to add a second tier later, I would have gone with a different stand.
Just perfect
Ive tried a few keyboard stands and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. Its a stable as a rock, i could practically stand on it whilst playing and i'm sure it wouldn,t move. I bought the additional; racks to add 2 tiers on top and now all my synths can get played !
Very happy and highly recommended
If you think using it on stage, It's not so handy. I bought it for stage use but after I set it up I realised that carring this is not a good idea. It looks so good I set it up to my studio. I haven't see the pro 18820 but it seems easier to carry and to set for stage use.
This is a GREAT stand.
I own a couple of these, and they are great for holding heavy synths like my PolyBrute and MatrixBrute. I especially appreciate the ultra slim profile and clear floor space. The spring loaded knobs make height adjustment a breeze. I absolutely LOVE these stands.
