K&M 260/1 Reviews
Bought due to restricted space over the 3 legged ones. A good quality stand which I've even used briefly to carry a Behringer B205D. Not recommended except in a pinch but it did the job. A bit too top heavy for the base. However, if you're not mounting monitors the bae is heavy enough and strong.
Exactly what you need
When floor space is a bit limited and you need to stand and sing, this is perfect. There's a heavier one available, but unless you are putting a massivce weight on a lever you don't need it.
Good stand
it does its thing perfectly though the base could be heavier
Very sturdy
Great since it uses very small floor space. Uses in churches between benches
A sturdy mic stand that used a little space
I needed a mic stand that was very sturdy and took up a little less space around the feet and also wasn’t ridiculously expensive
I’ve been using this daily for a couple of years on many different mics from light SM57s to heavy Coles 4038 and the quality is still top notch and keeps my mics where they need to be ( within reason!)
High recommend and would but again!
Perfect pedestal stand.
This has a perfectly round rubber foot on the base, no tilts, no gaps. Good rugged, road worthy gear. Very happy.
great ergonomics and design
It is very easy to use, and it saves a lot of space because of the round base. If you intend to use it with vocal or direct mics, it's perfect. Great buy.
Simple & Strong
Loving the smaller footprint of round-base stand.
Much tidier to stand beside.
A simple perfect thing
It’s perfect. No complaints.
Easy to handle
This is a nice and very intuitive vertical stand which I use for an old-school Shure mic. It has anti vibration rubber on the bottom, which reduces noise while recording.
Nice quality stand
Nice and sturdy stand. It's a quality stand the handles and looks good. The only downside is the plastic handle which seems a bit cheap
Stands for my 8020s
I bought this stand for my Genelec 8020, just perfect.
Excellent stand for wireless function
K&M 260/1 is an excellent stand for stage use of my wireless microphone. I am even taking it with my team while touring around. It is very durable as it has a heavy cast base. Perfect for professional use!
Very solid!
I tried to set this up and had very ease to do it, after 2 minutes my stand was ready to rock.
I didn't liked that much the absence of an additional microphone support, which you really need if you're using this tool in the studio or you're recording with a diaphram mic. Anyways still be convinced it's a good piece of equipment, so...
Recap: this stand is what you would expect from a professional stage stand. Plus, has a solid feel and nice design. Definitely suggested!
Solid Stand
Everything is great but one small thing. When trying to make it taller you have to unscrew the mechanism completely at the first time!
It works
Does what it supposed to do.
The best stands on the market
If you need a straight stand this is the one for you. Heavy base, great for live and studio use, K&M is the way to go every time.
Great stand
Overall, a great stable stand. I use it in my home studio with Rode NT microphone and an acoustic screen. The build is strong and it feels that it will last forever.
Excellent Quality Stand
Great build quality, easy to use and quite accurate. Excellent choice for the price, highly recommended!
Perfect microphone stand
Great microphone stand. Great price for a reliable and sturdy stand. Perfect for live gigs and fits like a glove on small stages too.
