Millenium DI-E 5-stars Reviews
Great D.I.
i like using these ones more than my radials because i m not afraid to break em and the difference in sound is negligible
DI box
Very cheap. Works solid. Would recommend
Solid box
I've been using these in a challenging festival environment for the last year. They are solid boxes and the connectors are reasonable quality. They have a handy link out.
Millenium DI-E
Nice and not expensive DI box who works perfectly for the purpose that was created !
Great passive D.I.
All metal construction, feels like it could take a good beating and still work flawlessly. The ground lift switch saved me many many many times.
Great Di I use it all the time and it really works great!
Must have!
I've been using it for several years and it's never been a problem. Sound clean! They are very durable, mine have already got enough water and have continued to work perfectly. An excellent purchase!
Great Quality for an Awesome Price
I bought this DI Box to use at my home studio, to record my guitar tracks.
When i opened the package i found it has a incredibly strong, full metal solid build, providing a great durability.
This is a passive DI Box so i just pluged it and immediatly start recording. First of all, my humming noise problem was solved just by pressing the ground lift switch. Just press the switch and the noise is gone!
After recording i found it also provides a pretty clean and clear sound, and i found it way better than i expected.
If you want to use this live, you don't need to worry about battery discharges during live performances, nor even about breaking it.
Summing up: Simple to use, strong metal built and great sound, for an incredibly low price.
Just keep in mind that if you want to buy a better quality DI Box, you need to spend four times the money you paid for this one.
Best for the price!!
For this price, absolutely best. Low noise, small, durable hard case. Cause i's passive, it don't requires 48v phantom power to operate and no db padding option. But look at the price! You can always have some of these just in case you may need one. Perfect!
Verry good DI box with a very low price!
Worry of DI Box battery discharge during a live show? or spending money for buying 9V batteries?
Here is the solution, The Millenium DI-E has a very cheap price and works great without the need of batteries and without any worry of battery discharge during live performances.
Great little DI box!
I use this DI to run the backing track for my band from my ipod to the PA (i play drums in a rock band). It's great, delivers a clean cut signal, with a great groudn lift that removes hum. Very easy to use and I imagine is on it's way to putting all other over priced DI boxes out of business.
Would be good to see a multi channel version!
Excellent price
Really can't go wrong at the price. The metal casing is quite sturdy, and it's more then adequate for most live applications. It even works reasonably well in reverse as a reamp box! Although it certainly isn't as good as a dedicated reamping unit.
There are definitely better units out there - but for a good quality passive box expect to be paying three or four times the price.
Di-box economic doing its job.
Ideal for small bands.
Last event came to a musician who had damaged output jack. Di box wonderfully helped to prevent sound disruption.
fine dibox, worth the price
Very good, simple and has every feature one could wish from a passive dibox.
The connectors are also quite all right.
Super quality for low budget!
So I bought this DI Box to get rid of the ground noise of my electric bass (this is not the only purpose of a DI Box keep that in mind), and it works perfectly! I use it at home and on stage (live perfomances) and it surely does what it should do! I got a clean sound playing my bass!
It has a solid build, full metal actually, which makes it perfect for live perfomances because it can take a lot without comprimising the sound quality.
The switches work perfect and they do what they supposed to do!
What i like the most of this passive DI Box is that it is a passive one, which means it doesn't need a power supply to work, it's just plug and play, no worries!
I recomend this to anyone from any level, you will get a perfect sound, in fact i'm planning to get some more in a near future!
Value for money!
Does the job if you are tight on cash and need to buy a lot of those.
No problems with it for the moment.
Great equipment
Great equipment with great quality
Millenium DI-E Passive DI Box
Nice little D.I. box for studio or stage use.
I use them in both situations and am totally satisfied with their performance.
No Negatives just a genuinely good value item.
A cheap, quality Passive DI.
This is a little beast in sheep's clothing. You're paying dirt cheap for a DI that sports two inputs and is extremely sturdy.
Pros:
-Ridiculously cheap for what it is. I can't stress this enough.
-Super sturdy. A must-have for this sort of equipment.
-Feels like hardened metal, which is surprising.
-Works flawlessly.
Cons:
-Not much of a con, but even though it feels sturdy, it doesn't looks as good as it actually is.
Another amazing, dirt-cheap product I happened to review. If you need a DI that won't empty your scarce funds, this is the one for you.
does what it has to do
i have it from 2006-still working and work as it should-i use it every week for live shows
