Comfortable drum stool

The price was good, the quality was good, the comfort was good. I was able to sit on this stool for hours with no issues (I've since sold my drum kit and I included this in the sale). It was also a handy, comfortable stool for any other musicians that were in my studio.

I did, however, remove the back rest as I found it got in the way more than anything.

If I was to take up drumming again, I'd buy this stool again.

Comfiest throne in my house!

So this is my first drum I have owned. I have sat on some basic ones in the past but when I decided to learn drums I decided to buy this one. It did not disappoint.

Assembly was fairly simple and the pneumatic adjustment works great. You can remove the backrest if it's not your preference but I quite like it. I am a fairly large person and the seat is still comfy and supportive.

I would highly recommend this throne.

Great quality

I bought this especially for the back rest but to be frank it didn't turn out to be very useful as its rarely used. Seats are wide and comfortable compared to the small round ones.

great drum throne, great price

Wow, for a relatively low-cost drum throne, this is an excellent buy. A brand new saddle shaped throne, with beckrest and hydraulic height adjustment for £66 ??! That's amazing for a drum stool of this quality. Sure, it's not a Tama 1st, but it's not £250 either. Is the Tama 1st four times as good as this? Absolutely not!

I would recommend this stool to anyone.

drum in luxury

well packaged, quick delivery, awsome product for peanuts. not seen any thing near it for less than 3x the price, built like a rock, only point to improve is the hydrolic release handle in my opinion

Nice look and feel

I bought this for home use for keyboard and electronic kit.

This is the first hydraulic stool ive owned and the first with a back so i have nothing to compare. However, once i managed to fit it together, it seems pretty good for the price.

The fitting, i found, was difficult as i had no instructions in the packing. I struggled to work out how the back fitted and also did realise i had to remove the red plastic thing from the hydraulic button.

Once its up, it seems comfy but to be honest i probably wouldnt want to be gigging for hours on it but thats not why i purchased it.

I'm not what you would call a delicate flower haha, and this throne is perfect for my large bottom, very comfortable too.

Good quality for the prize

Abit highend drum chair compared to other drum chairs. Good quality, comfy and perfect if u have it in a studio and just want to grab the guitar and play. I use it for playing guitar and drums when i record.

great for the money but if you want the best and use a lot highly recommend the DW 9120AL with backrest but I am a bit on the older spectrum!!

Fine I guess?

I bought this for playing piano as I work in theatre and spend many hours in rehearsals sat behind the keyboard. After maybe half an hour I began to find the stool uncomfortable BUT having said that for the price it wasn't too bad! The hydraulic pump is a great feature. The stool I use now is an Ahead Spinal glide and its great but you have to unlock it and spin to change the height!

This thing is VERY oily so be careful if you're moving it for gigs as it gets everywhere! I ended up giving mine to a friend as I had no use for it. Over all I would say if you're someone who plays the odd gig it's a perfectly useable stool. If like me you'll be using it daily, it's worth investing in something a little more comfy!

It does what it was made for

It does the job very well.

It is a simple drum throne with a pneumatic adjustment, and the price, you can't go wrong with this one.

The back rest feels nice, it rotates 360, the height adjustment is super easy and the seat is also good.

The only problem is stability... if you lean back, you may find that it is not very stable.

The trick is to put one of it's feet right behind your back, so that you always have a "brake" when you lean against the back rest.

All in all, can't go wrong with this one for the price.

A nice chair

Hey, it is a chair... And it does what it says in the ad.

I use it for pedal steel guitar, and that works well.

Recommended!

Very good product

I used this stool for a number of years, in multiple studio/ live situations.

Pros: Very sturdy, pneumatic system still feels the same as when i bought it.

Cons: The finish is a bit worn off now.

Great value but could be higher quality

chair is great value for money but quality of back rest and fittings could be higher quality, this is however reflected in the price in comparison to its competitors.

oh

too heavy for my taste, but the stability is there.

Very ok for the money

First I received was damaged and didn't fit together properly, the back rest didn't fit in the hole it should and seat was ripped. Kindly they sent another which was fine, the back rest still had the same problem. Feels a little unstable sometimes. But for the money it's still a good buy.
