Millenium DTRAB-1118 Drum Stool pneumat Reviews
great price quality ratio
I think it's the best you can get for that money. Comfortable, stable and it even softens the clinks if you like to jump a little while drumming :) The only bad thing is, that it is heavy and clumsy to carry, but it is worth it.
Quality Drum Throne
Still as new, used in our home studio and is easily comparable to much more expensive products. I can recommend 100%
Excellent performance
The price is very nice. Very handy and good quality. I would recommend
Good for the price paid
It's a good stool, works perfect and it's comfortable, the cons are is not very stable and the quality of the materials is very poor
Good throne with backrest
Nice to lean back now and again and give the old back a rest !
Tend to get a bit of a numb backside after a couple of hours, but all in all a comfortable pneumatic saddle type throne which personally I find more comfortable than the traditional round stools.
Good but little too low for higher drummers
Overall it's a good throne, quite comfortable and stable, but a little too low for a higher (more than 180 cm) drummer.
You can't go wrong for this price.
Very comfortable stool
I bought this stool for gigs and for practicing my drumming. Since I play for many hours a day I really needed a good stool. It's comfortable, very sturdy and not at all expensive. I am very happy with it.
Quality product
Can?t fault this stool, solid and functional, perfect for me
Poor build quality, good stability and portability
Bought this product 1? years ago. After half a year some of the screws underneath the seat that mount the back began to loosen, and after a year it fell off so the back was unmountable. Furthermore, the material the seat is made up began to crack and fall apart.
Very poor quality chair. Might be OK if you rarely use it or just need a portable chair to bring to a few gigs, but I'm sure there's better alternatives for the same price.
Extremely good
A lot sturdier than i expected. This stool is a very comfortable and solid item. Easily mounted and very stable. I highly recommend it !
I bought it for my little drummer boy and for my bass home studies.
It's easy to assemble, but the finishing is somehow poor.
When I want to move drum stool if I pick the seat it disassembles from the base.
But it works and delivers what it promises.
great chair for the prize
I am generally pleased with this purchase. It is comfy enough for the price - however I would not mind it a bit softer. Note that this item needs some basic assembling and this was not that easy as there was no instruction etc included. Support disappointed me a bit. Once you know how all parts go together it does look ridiculously easy now. I don't need to transport it very often but for some people it may be a plus that parts are removable and it is not very heavy.
Value for money
I wanted a drum stool with a backrest and all the ''famous'' brands were around 200 euros. I decided to give this a try and i was blown away. Great value for money product.
Sturdy and easy to use.
excellent stool
I still need to find one Millenium product that fails to deliver good quality. I know a really heavy drummer (120kg) that used this stool every weekend without any problem. And 2 years later, I know he's still using it, so pay attention to this product, it may save your money! :)
Heavy Duty and convenient - at a cost
This thing is great for on the gig- quick adjustments. It's also really heavy duty and well constructed.
The back rest seemed a little bit on the cheap side but I removed this right away as I didn't want it.
However the convenience of quick adjust-ability comes at the detriment of stability. While it's quite stable on the floor the stool swivels. I didn't think it was a problem at first, but then when I use a normal stool I find having the rotation fixed gives me much more stability.
The majority of drummers may not care about the swivel though, and if this is you, then I'd highly recommend. Also it's very cheap for what you get.
Best value for a pneumatic throne
I bought this chair after using thrones from Mapex and Gibraltar priced around 150 EUR. This one is comparable or even better for much lower price. The seat is comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. Pneumatic height adjustment is great and fast, metal parts feel solid and sturdy - this is really a heavy throne for the price. The only minus I found is that there stays a few oil on the bar holding the seat when using the pneumatic adjustment. This might get your hands or car dirty when transporting the throne, so I use a paper towel to clean the bar if I need to use the chair fully down and then up. But generally, I recommend this chair as a best value for the money.
One happy butt and back!
A rehersal room had one of these, and a six hour practice session convinced me to buy one.
The base is really stable and doesn't budge once planted. You do get a twist, like an office chair, and also a little bit of a bounce, but I find that to be comfortable as it gives you just a little bit of extra movement on the kit.
It did take me a couple of goes to put the saddle on the base as there's an unusual dovetail joint type hinge which clamps the saddle to the base. However it does go on and is firm when in place.
Being 6'4" the back rest is a lifesaver! It's basic, but does the job really well. I removed the horrid plastic cover over the metal attachment bar, which although isn't packaging, looks like it!
The only slight hit and miss thing is the density of the saddle itself. If you're looking for matress like softness, this isn't the saddle for you. It's firm, but I like that, it keeps you very flat. I must say though it's soft enough to keep your Deirdre comfortable for a long time!
Fantastic product.
Amazing quality and comfort for the price. Can be used with or without the back rest. The airlift is pleasant to use. Really good drum throne.
Very Solid and Comfortable
I bought this for my wife to play the guitar upon. It was fast to assemble, VERY solid to sit in, and she finds it very comfortable.
Great stool, Great price
First ever drum stool purchase (that didn't come as part of a kit) and couldn't be happier with the product.
Back support fantastic and seat extremely comfortable - best of all was the price!
Strongly recommend
