Cheap and flimsy

Feels like it's made out of bendy straws. Doesn't hold my snare mic in position for longer than a few hours before I have to adjust it again. You get what you pay for.

EDIT: Forgot to come back and give this one star across the board because after a month of use, it's essentially useless. The legs won't stay in place without tape or something to lean against. How does Millennium get away with selling people such cheap crap on such a quality website?

For me Its a meh.

I bought this stand as part of a bundle, Its not the worst but i would defintly try to invest in a better one, I think it does its job but wont last long.

Ideal Stand

Great quality mic stand. So far 2 months in of lots of abuse its still holding out perfectly. Highly recommended.

A stand that doesn't stand

The bottom part, the one that should make the structure stable, is not stable.. the legs move and they won't stay stand.

But, if you find the right position and you dont touch it too mouch (like in order to record instruments, or a very quite singer) it is fine.

Not expensive stand - just doing the job

Inexpensive stand - If you use it with heavy mic (like condenser with cage) on full reach, you should consider some weight on the bottom legs.

Really good for the price!

This is a stable metal made stand. It works really good. The only problem I have is that I can't tight completely the stand so that it doesn't rotate at all, but it isn't bad, you can definitely use it and tighten it enough for it to be stable. It is a good purchase and I would recommend this one over a plastic one. It has a nice weight to it.

Enough for the money

I wanted the cheapest stands possible. I got them. I should spend more next time.

Pros

They're ok. I liked the fact that they are heavy, it means a lot to put overheads when recording drums. The material doesn't look cheap.

Cons:

It's not straight! I bought two and they're both somehow bending at the point of the lower and higher part. I like my things to be straight, if you know what I mean.

Enough for the money thou'. I don't mind the little cons, as I knew what I could get for the money.

Great Mic Stand

I use this mic stand in my home studio with an AT2020 condenser mic and I have no issues with it moving on it's own or falling slightly.

It has a very sturdy base and little chance of falling over unless on full height.

Would recommend to anyone buying a cheap mic stand.

Nice stand

Nice and sturdy. Does the job that it's meant to do. Recommend.

For this price it is unbeatable. If you are a professional musician or sound engineer, you won't search mic stand in this price category, but for amateurs it is a very good thing. It has steel parts, thanks to them it is more stable than the other ones with plastic parts.

And they asked me 20£ for some plastic things at my local shop.

Truly one of the best mic stands in the world. Not even one complaint from anyone and of all the mic stands we have the ones we got are the ones still fully working. Heck yeah!

Solid stands and for the money they beat any budget stand

Ok stand

Not the best stand especially when it's raised to the highest point but with this stand, you get what you pay for.

The mic swivels a lot even when tighten.

Piece of equipment

I am using it as home mic stand. Build quality is good, stability could be better, but for home use is nice to have it without spending extra cash if there is no need.
