Great value

For a 2nd/backup mic stand, it works great. For a main mic stand, go for better.

Sturdy but fragile

Has held up pretty well for now. Doesn't feel like it would take a beating but for studio use it's grand!

It's cheap

The best thing I can tell about this product that it is cheap, really. I bought it for home usage. Barely used it, it just stood in the corner. It was a year old, when the plastic that holds the arm broke. You can buy a spare one, but I really think it not worth the price.

On the other hand the stability was good, and set it to the right position could be easier, but it was easy to handle.

Great Value

I was skeptical about how this item would stand up to gigging use but it's held it's own.

I'd recommend this stand if you're on a budget.

Good

We use this for gigs, it works well for the singer but when the drummer needs a mic the clamp is not tight enough and mic boom keeps dropping, the stand is stable.

sturdy

Use:

i have a small live room, mic was used for vocals mostly

pros & cons:

it works fine, however after wear and tear they do break and lose grip on the hinge.

Very handy

Really useful boom stand ,good value and comes with a 2nd mounting point to pick up guitar, comes with inserts on both mounting points to reduce the thread,so they fit either size mic holder.Very stable ,easy to fold away and set up and outstanding value, highly recommended on it's own or as part of a great value bundle.

Excellent stand

This stand came with a mic and cable bundle.

When you broke it down the stand worked out at only 4 euro.

I was a bit wary of the build but my fears were unfounded.

This the main stand I use at my gigs. It is different in design than most other stands but is much easier to adjust for different heights etc.

I would recommend this stand to everybody.

Great for small studios

I recently set up a bedroom studio and need a cheap but sturdy microphone stand. This was perfect for what I need. It hold to full weight of my microphones and remains steady through my performance. It also goes low enough to the ground so I can mic up my amp with it is still on the floor. Great piece of cheap equipment!

cheap stand but dont expect something that will last forever, I use it as a spare.

Very Good!

I was pleasantly surprised after buying this stand. For the price it did the job perfectly!

Pros:

Quick and easy to extend and pack away.

Perfect for band practice or jamming.

Cons:

Can become quite loos however this is easily adjusted.

All in all, there are probably better stands out there, but for the price this is perfect! very happy with the purchase!

a first mic stand...possibly the last

When you start a home studio or even you want to invest in some gear for live or recording, you start with a low budget and of course you sometimes fine the rare gem that is giving you plenty satisfaction. There's the Millenium stand however on the other side of the spectrum. It's a nice first mic stand but don't think it will handle the test of time. wobbly, cheaply made, mine broke off after few months, the tightening system between the boom and the stand cracked in 2. My advice, don't take it live and let it set up to your needs in your studio/room without ever changing the height. It won't last long. It's easy to use but it's also easy to break. Once again, on a budget it's a good stand all things considered, but if you are looking for robustness and durability...don't look here.

Fit-for-purpose mic stand

Which does what it's supposed to do. Not top of the range quality, but quite adequate.

Disappointed

It lasted for 6 months, then the boom broke of, but I can use it withoud the boom so it still has some use.

Excellent stand for the money!

These are a great, cheap stand! I've used this for hundreds of gigs and it's still going strong. Inevitably, some of the plastic knobs on the screws have been smashed through man-handling in vans, etc, but replacements are cheaply available here. The stand itself has well and truly paid for itself!

I recommend this stand, good quality/price!

Great Stand

This stand does a good sturdy job. The boom can be completely removed and the mic held in the clip on the stand alone, which is great for a singer. Alternatively, with the mic on the boom it works well for a pianist/singer and around various music stands. Good buy at a very reasonable price.

I wouldn't recommend it

It doesn't feel that stable. I think that the locking system doesn't work as well as the more traditional ones. It genuinely feels like it could fall apart when loosening it. I wouldn't buy this product again.

Millenium MS-2005

good portability, easy to handle, with several different types of adjustment, as the height of the main stem, and also the distance from the microphone, good stability but could have more weight in the support legs for better stability but recommend to those who need a cheap and efficient support
