Great for overheads

Cheap, sturdy, why pay more?

I use them for overheads when recording drum sound. One tightening nut on the handle adjusts most settings at once, which is really convenient.

Nothing bad to say about it.

Great stand for the price. I took the boom off to use this with a goose neck, all worked perfectly

Good Value

A good basic microphone, ideal for smaller budgets. Does the job very well for me. Would recommend.

Bom para o preço

Para o preço que é, é muito bom! Estavel e com um acabamento que não parece que irá se degradar muito cedo

well it's cheap

you get what you paid for, it seems a bit flimsy and a big plastic knob for rotation of the crane is ... well , flimsy. but it holds everthing in place. it's super cheap and will do the trick. if you break it, get another. super cheap.

Can't go wrong for price/may need to replace at some point

To be honest I think this is an amazing stand and the price tag for it is excellent. I particularly liked the fact that you can connect a mic to the top of the stand without the boom. Handy little extra. But the only thing I'd say is that it's not as stable as other stands I've used in the past but only slightly so and The plastics seem a bit cheap too. Both those things while reallly minor would make me think that it might break sometime in the distant future..maybe. But all in all it's pretty beast and works like a charm (that's a good thing)

Okay mic stand!

I bought a few different mic stands, but to tell you the truth this is my least favourite. I just don't like that boom arm that regulates the stand. It's noisy and it just looks weird when you're setting it up.

Don't get me wrong the stand is perfectly stable and made very solidly, but the handling and setting up is what bothers me. Otherwise no complaints.

Millenium MS-2005 Affordable Microphone stand with Boom

A Very good solid entry level mic stand, I use these as extra stands in the studio when needed and they do the job really well.

Great value at the price.

Versatile

This thing might surprise you in a good way.

It was my first mic stand and didn't have to look for another. The fact is that I?ve been using it not too often for five years, but it always did the job.

The cool thing is that it can be used not only as a microphone stand but also for mounting a guitar holder on it. I did it and it can hold an electric guitar(3.5Kg) or an electric bass(4.5Kg).

It is true that its stability could be improved, but it never let me down.

The thing goes beyond a one mic stand as you can use it for multiple purposes or postures.

Supprised

I honestly thought these would be more horrible then they are. Sorry.. it's just how I've seen them to be in the pictures. But I've worked with way way worst mic stands then this.

It feels solid, stable and reliable. While not the most pleasingly estetic stand ever, it will do the job! I don't worry the whole thing will fall apart mid set or whatever.

Very please with this. Would buy again!

Excellent finish and adjustability unusual. Excellent price / quality ratio. Ability to support two microphones at the same time

Use for studio and on stage. Great finish and stiff construction. It is a stand that is easy to use, although sometimes a little unsure when not well fixed and tight. The adjustability is the best point, and extremely adjustable to any position, for easier handling. The price / quality is very good, with an easy article to acquire and which corresponds to what is asked.

Decent Mic Stand

This mic stand is of decent quality though it lacks a bit in terms of strength and stability. Good for light microphones but if you are using something a bit heavy or if you need to have the mic at a particular odd angle it might struggle to take the weight. On the other hand, the option of attaching a second mic is a good bonus, especially for more acoustic set ups where various mics are needed.

Pros: 2nd mic option, good quality for the price

Cons: doesn't handle weight very well in odd angles

Really good mic stand for a fraction of the price

I bought this product to go along with my share sm58. This mic stand is incredible for the price I would quite happily recommend this product.

avoid.

the plastic becomes brittle after a very short period on all 3 i bought, you get what you pay for, would rather spend more to get a higher quality.

Affordable but good

Very well built, hinges work perfectly and lock the position tightly, though the whole stand might feel a bit wobbly due to light weight. Still, great product

Undurable microphone stand.

I used MS-2005 for microphones, they were stable, But on all of them bolt that holds boom part broke.

Low Budget stuff

Cheap and nasty stand but would do the trick if you were on a budget

Affordable Microphone stand but not as stable as you'd think.

Millenium did a good job with the overall design of this stand. It's simple and with it's Boom arm, it's highly adjustable. This, however, comes with big drawbacks.

Pros:

-Affordable, this is a given.

-Surprisingly big range.

-Adapter support like most have.

Cons:

-If not on a stable-material ground, the base will tumble from the weight of the microphone, sliding across.

-Tripod is surprisingly hard to work with.

-Very weak in a lot of ways. It won't hold heavy microphones well and the range-adjusting wheel is extremely fragile and can break, completely making this useless.

If you want something cheap that works, get this, but don't use it for big microphones and be gentle with it, or you'll just waste money like I did.

Millenium MS-2005

I bought 2 of these mic stands for use in my band. and i am very impressed with the build quality - extremely sturdy and great value for money. i was really impressed with the boom arm being removable so you can have an upright stand, boom stand or a combination of both. The removable thread adaptors are extremely useful for the times your mic clip doesn't fit.

Overall I think this Product is great value for money and i highly recommend it to anyone who needs a mic stand and is on a tight budget.
