Super Sound and great for Gym and drumplay

I am using my Shure for Gym, and I am very happy and comfortable. Also they are perfect when I play in my drums.

Shure se215-cl

Excellent quality headphones, I use them to work in a live band, produce a loud quality sound, sit tightly in the ear, the price is acceptable, there are no shortcomings.

Excellent earphones

I use them as IEMs in a band and they are great. I tried custom moulded ones previously but found them uncomfortable and weird in my ears. These fit nicely and I could wear them for hours. Excellent sound quality too.

Decent In Ears

Great attenuation. Lacking a bit in the high end but you'll have that with single driver. Worth what I paid for them definitely.

Great for the price

I've used these on and off stage, as well for playing my music with the band as well as for just listening to music on the go.

For the price I paid, I'm happy, BUT the quality is not top of the line and super amazing and all that. They sound quite harsh and mine are lacking a bit in the low low bass department. It's nothing horrible but when I'm playing I do tend to Lo-Pass lightly to protect my ears.

Comfort-wise they're fine, again, they do their job but I do have to take them out from time to time.

Ya know, they only cost 110 bucks, if you're looking for a first set of in-ears, get em'. I've been using mine for 2 years and they have served me well !

Good...but not great!

We use these for our whole band and they're pretty good noise cancelling and not bad sound but aren't that reliable...we've been through so many different sets...fortunately having an cuteness warranty means we can just get replacements!

Great Quality Product

This product is used for in-ear monitoring and mix monitoring for live performances. I also use them as general everyday earphones in situations where they wont get damaged.

I find them to be a very good quality set of headphones. They have very good clarity of sound with a wide frequency range featuring from good punchy lows to the highs that make for a clear quality listening experience.

Overall, very happy with the quality and would buy them again if i was to look at expanding my kit in the future.

Do the job well

Feel like they'll last a long time. Sound quality is good, and they block out the outside world very well. Once I put the smaller earpieces on they're pretty comfortable, I've played for over an hour without really noticing them.

go for it!

I was looking for a pair of headphones to help me in difficult live situations. I found them. This pair is not too expensive but it really great. The sounds cuts through everything you have around and does not make you feel in another place (I can still hear my instrument perfectly). The stability in the ear is very good.

Drum in-ear use

I bought these headphones for live use (drums)... Cancelation with foam pads is very high, so be careful not to hit the cymbals too hard. The sound is a bit harsh in the high mids but that is good for live use..

Great for the price

Great in-ear for the price. Good bass and great sound! The tool for picking out earwax come in really handy as you often get a lot of wax in them :-)

SE215 - Great headphones!

I?ve using these in-ear headphones for about 3 years and guess what! I?m still impressed how good they are. Clear highs and great lows. I use these headphones mostly for live gigs. Even after 5 hours of using them they feel comfortable. I like that they are available in clear so they aren?t easy noticeable.

I broke the cable accidentaly so i had to make a decision to buy a new original cable or come cheap one from ebay. So i bought a clear cable from ebay that cost me 13$. Cable does the job but if it will break i will search for SE425? I've heard that they?re great too?

Overall ? highly recommended!

Great quality for the value.

These headphones are pretty good.

The sound quality is pretty good, it is definitely good considering the price. I can't compare them to any other ones considering I've never used better.

The comfort is fair, they aren't that noticeable when you just listen for pleasure. I use them mostly when I drum and I forget about them.

They cancel a good bit of the sound. I find that using the medium foam covers on the in-ears cancels sound better than the large ones. I would compare them to the Vic Firth SIH1.

Overall good product for the price.

Shure SE215-CL

Shure SE215-CL are my first IEM experience. As a bass guitar player playing in a very loud function band, my primary concern was hear protection while keeping good monitoring sound, and finding out what does it feel like when playing live with IEMs.

Bass players do know that finding phones which work good with bass guitar can be somewhat tricky, and good result usualy require multy-driver solution which means big money expense

Despite of that, I decided to start with entry level phones, and so far, after 3 gigs, I didn't regret. I can hear all the instruments clearly, sound is good, not excelent, they lack in low middles somewhat, so I have to add my bass guitar signal volume to hear myself properly.

Alltogether, much better than heavy noise my band produces on the stage.

My gigs ussually last 2x 1,5 hrs, and I dont find the phones to be uncomfortable in any way.

So far I'm satisfied and i like IEM concept generally, but I do plan upgrade to a high end phones with custom mold. Not because I find it necessary, but all of my gear is on the higher and side. I don't mind spending extra buck to protect my hearing and improve playing plaeasure.

ps, Se215s are also very nice for listening music. They have EQ curve, definitely not HiFi or neutral sounding but much better than any stock phones.

Great build and comfort, clear highs but a bit weak lows

Used them for listening to music, didn't get to use them live yet. Very clear sound, easy to wear, great for jogging.

Nice entry to the SE series

Our band has used SE-215 for live monitoring for 5 years.

I have not found better sounding in-ear headphones for that price however there are some features that could be better.

The cable is removeable. There are pros and cons with this. When you have many pairs of broken SE-215 then it?s possible to put together a working pair by switching the cables. The bad thing about this is that the removeable connection is in my experience the most vulnerable side about SE-215.

A bass player could do better with one or two drivers more as SE-215 does not produce bass that good.

I like the stiff part of the cable that can be bent over the ears. Keeps the headphones from popping out even when jumping around.

Overall the sound and built is decent for the price.
