1. With this microphone is hard to measure frequencies above 16khz , there is very big peaks in processor when it tries to measure these frequencies.

Great value measurement mic

Small, neat and comes in a tough case. This is a great measurement mic for not much money. Mine needs to be roadworthy and not something that I have to treat like a precious possession. Superlux gear fits the bill every time.

Cheaper alternative to the Behringer

Just wanted an omnidirectional like this for measuring the studio acoustics and didn't want to fork out silly money for 'proper' measurement mics. The Behringer ECM8000 appears to be a very similar mic but I have no confidence in their gear generally so wouldn't buy theirs! This Superlux is cheaper and works just fine. Sounds clean too so I am sure I will find more uses for it.
