I can't beleive this diamond costs 20 euro

The title says it all. Just a reminder: These headphones are obviously not mend for high quality mixing or for jams, since the sound is what you would get from normal headphones and it does not have insulation.

Best feature of the SUperlux HD-681:

It is the most comfortable headphones I have ever used in my life. Most comfortable from in-ears, from insulation ones, from everything.

Pros:

+ No sweaty ears

+ Automatic height adjust

+ Very comfortable

+ Does not tire you even after many hours

+ No pressure on head or ears

Cons:

- 0 insulation

- Not very loud

- Can't be used in jam session

Cheap and good

For the price these headphones are awesome. Normally you get what you paid for and cheap stuff is cheap for a reason but these are definitely the exception!

A minor critique would be that they do get a little unconfortable after several hours on the ears. The upper market ones are better in that area but this is perfectly ok for the price.

Great price-Very good sound!

I use these headphones from field recordings to small P.A. gigs... for 5 years and are still in great shape! Very cheap but very good quality!

They are a bit high frequency oriented.. (you might hear a little more the sibilance on your sound) but they have great bass and nice sound generally. They are comfortable and the cable is strong. I have mistreated them a lot and they still sound good with no interference or any problem. Best choice for low budget equipment.

for this price I believed I would get crap... And I got a great product.

Good for 30 minute rehearsals.

Used these headphones to jam silently with my band connected to a mixer.

Pros

Great sound for a reasonable price.

Good cable length

Good look

Cons

Sweaty ears after 30 minutes.

Adjusting the height is tricky.

Good Headphones for the price

These are a basic set of headphones. They are bit clunky and look quite old compared to some higher priced ones but they work well, sound pretty good and you cannot argue with the price!

They come with a screw on adapter to change the mini jack connection to a full size jack connection.

Awful sound.

Unusable. I though these were for studio use? Way too much treble and no bass.

I'll have to keep on using my old Sennheiser headphones instead, which are disintegrating but sound great and are way more comfortable.

For the price, great headphones

Great pair of headphones for the cheap price! I found them somewhat too big to carry around with you, in fact they're technically meant to be left in the studio since they are monitors.

After a long period of using them they would tend to annoy me and would have to remove them for some time, however for the really cheap price, I found them as great value for money. Recommend them for cheap entry level headphones.

Superb quality for the buck!

I got these headphones because of what budget I got after buying my USB interface and guitar, but I think it was worth every penny. They fit comfy on the ears and the long cable makes them a great choice for recording away from the computer.

The only con in my opinion is the head rim. Superlux has a model close to this but with improved comfort: Superlux HD-668 B. If you have a big head I recommend looking at those as well!

Cheap headphones, average/good quality!

As a drummer, i bought this headphones 2 years ago, and i was planning on using them while playing drums, sadly they don't do well while you play drums. Since they are not meant to be used by drummers, they don't block much noise, so it was my mistake honestly. Since then, i've been using them as my pc headphones, and for that, they work great, they have good enough sound, they are comfortable even when i use them for long periods of time and they have a decent finish. 2 years later, they are as good as new, and should last me long enough. Worth the money.

Pretty cool

If you are a studio engineer you will love this set of headphones.

Pros

They have a zero EQ and allowes you to listen every detail of music. I personally use this for my recordings. Nice sound, great feel, and unbreakable. Great for gamers also (you should try it with Oculus rift)

Cons

You have to hydrate the leather on these heaphones because after a duration of time (a couple of years or less), marbels of leather will start to fall apart.

HD-681

Very powerful a clear sound. Good quality and pirce ratio. Comfortable to wear for several hours. Not largely isolate the external noise. Excellent choice rehearsal room and smaller events.

Excellent for the money it costs

It sounds more like a closed back headphone than a semi open. It has awesome bass for the money lack some middle and ok tremble. It's not super comfortable but it does it job for the money you spend! I would definitely buy one of these again and definitely recommend it!

great for listening, great for tracking, good for mixing.

As we know headphones are not for mixing but they do help

mixing with the guitars and drums and pianos.

Lows and mids and highs are loud and great quality.

Really do recommend it for starters who wants to get their first headphones.

Comfortable, light, but hurts your head after 3 to 4 hours.

But on other hand everything is smooth and great.

Unmatchable Price to Quality Ratio

I originally bought these headphones to use as monitoring headphones when creating tunes, but I found myself so attached to them that I now have them plugged into my computer 24/7 for all types of uses.

The crisp and clear quality of the sound, considering the low price point, is astounding. Although the headphones have a cheap-plastic look, the quality of the build has been impressive, as its been through a lot of wear but is yet to show signs of damage.

My only gripe with the Superlux HD-681 is on the comfort side of things. The faux leather pads that come with the headphones are tough on the ears and tend to cause soreness after prolonged use. Luckily they are replaceable, so I would definitely recommend looking into some velour pads to purchase with it.

Absolutely Amazing.

I bought these headphones because I need some cheap, reference headphones to test on mixes.

For £13 these headphones are ridiculously good. Better than my £60 Sennheisers.

I do not know how they have made such good headphones for this price, extremely crisp and deep.

Definitely recommended.
