TOP QUALITY-PRICE RATIO AND REALLY PROFESSIONAL !

This mic makes the job, very simply. Much better than some high priced models ( I don't refer to those models not to offend ... )

I had the opportunity to make a "blind test", and believe me, the "pros" who were present there were really astonished.

Well, it looks like a "copy" of a well-known model... The important thing is that it sounds great !!

Its all about thst bass

I use this live for kick drum. The set up is as easy as plugging it in turning up. Sounds like a kick drum mic to me.

Decent kick mic for the money

Solid construction, sounds good for the money but not as good as the mic it imitates, needed a lil more work with the graphic

Unbeatable at the price

For budget recording and small gigs, this mic is excellent. Great sound, really well built. The only thing that lets it down slightly is the case that comes with it. Very thin and flimsy, so not much protection.

Great

The best quality for that money. Super Mic and low cost.

Really flipping good!

Bought this during lockdown, so now about 2 years old. In my shed its survived 2x cold winters and 2x warmish summers (in England, so you might not agree with the definition of warm and cold :)). Been used live but mostly for recording. I used to use it on a boom stand just inside the bass drum now just sit it on my Evans damping pad. No need for a stand, really.

Very good sounding yet a touch cheap

Sounds great

Really good for kick drums and very very good for bass amps. Only complaint would be the cheaper plastic base that I can’t see lasting for very long but at this price you can’t really complain too much

Another exellent Mic

The T-Bone BD 300 thumps with the best of them! Again do not let the price fool you. Do your research, if you are looking around online at Kick drum Mic comparisons you will often find the BD 300 up against Mics that are three to four times its cost.....What does that tell you? What it tells me is the quality is very, very good.

Amazing

I bought this as a second mic for my bass drum, I put my D112 inside the drum and use this just outside the hole. The two combined sound great. I bought a second one to use at gigs and it's a workhorse. Delighted with it.

Good value

Best mic for 50 euro, don't even look further. Good metal casing, heavy enough to stay on a pillow if used inside a drum, strong xlr connection.

Sound may not be to everyone's liking and response is not completely flat, it has a peak around 250Hz which is ok for bass and brass, but has to be attenuated for kick drum. If you want something a little bit better, prepare to pay twice as much.

Great for the price

Impressively good sound of the price. I use it to record prepro for bands or my own band's rehearsals, and it does the job very decently.

Looks better than sounds

I bought this mic for kick drumm use. After few tests it came clear that it was not the sound i was looking for. It lacks deffinition in the high end and sounds muddy for kickdrum use.

I tried it on a floor tom and results were same. Just for kicks i put it front of a distorted bass amp and this was the place it came to life.

Realy smooth and nicely comprressed bass sound. I would not buy it for bass drum. If you want a good mic to capture bass guitar this is a ok solution.

Poor thread fit

Upon receiving I inspected the unit and immediately was disappointed with the threads which hold the screen to the body. They are loose to the point it is extremely difficult to not cross thread. When I exercise great caution I am able to get the cap to align well enough an grab a few threads giving the feel it will probably stay in place. Disappointing before ever getting to the point of discovering how it may sound, which is of course the main point. Because of the low price I am not requesting a return as shipping to Germany for a single item will be to high to be sensible. I hope the mic sounds good as if it does this would offset the poor build issue. Frustrating situation. As an update i have had the pleasure to hear this mic on a bass guitar. I have the Superlux 218A as a comparison. This mic is more full on the bottom than the 218. I see it this way: If you have a small tight kick this will likely make it hump. I would not use this mic on a big boomy instrument as it would enhance these frequencies too much. I uped the sound star to 4.

T bone stuff if very good for the price. Nothing fancy but perfect for pub and club gigs.

Very good

I use it to capture bass sounds from a cajon in church.

I don't have much experience using it to capture cajon sounds, however in the end I managed to capture a very good bass sound.

A very good tool and very cheap.
