Awesome strings!

Switched to them from regular slinkies(10s),and love it! The most good sounding and durable I've ever played. Fat tone (which is insane for solos), good for both begginers and pros

Use em for ages

I use these for ages, they work great for my Epi LP. I play hard rock and i tend to bend the strings a lot, sometimes 2,5 or 3 whole steps. They just do not break. Sound is perfect.

Perfect for the money.

The goto strings for my shortscales

I bought these a few years ago, and I'd still rather play on these than even picking up a brand new guitar.

Everything feels great, it's never a struggle but never too easy to press down, and I know I can't go wrong with it when I need to restring.

Strings that you put on the electric guitar for playing

Six metal strings, one for each position on the guitar. Different thicknesses for different pitches. They are the right length which is very practical.

Always go Ernie

I always go with Ernie Ball Strings, they rarely if not NEVER break, would recommend these over most other guitar string brands.

Cool partner for a Strato Tone!

I used to use Ernie Ball strings since 2008, they are made in a very good quality, they do a great work on stage but in studio too, reliable and lasting!

This particular set it is really comfortable and it gives you a really cool tone, rich of treble and it has a great balance of mid and bass frequencies.

I'm using this set with my Strato and there is no equal to reach the typical "Strato" tone.

My no1 string choice since first time tried

I have to say the best strings I have used for guitar in my whole 30yr playing history. I tried these power slinkies few years ago first time, noticed a bit easier playing but mostly I have experienced zero failure in practice or live use since then. I have put power slinkies now to my all guitars.

Pure raw power

If you play heavy and looking for a sting that just wont break - you found it! You can pull as much as you wish. Play whatever you want. Tune them down to the limit and yet the mighty sound keeps its quality.

Simply said it is a must if you play heavy. Go for it

Just awesome

Awesome strings, besides standard I also use them detuned to D and they are working very well.

Heard stories that D'Addario last longer, i can not say this for sure, but i can definitely say that brand new, when you put them on the guitar, they have more harmonics than the D'Addario strings, they just sound better when brand new.

The best and only

The first time I bought this set of strings was over 10 years ago and never looked back ever since. Of course, I tried some other brands, because you can only tell about something that is the best if you tested their competitors but in terms of sound and durability I never found a better set of strings. I always have a few extra packs around and already have this on all my guitars.

Highly recommended!

After 20 years, I have settled for those.

Let me start with the one complain that I have from Ernieball: Their strings do not last. I actually have to change strings more often when I use Ernieball compared to any other brand.

Having said, no other brand has the Ernieball sound, when it comes to vintage rock at least, so not only I m stuck with those, but I am grateful that they are still being made the same way they were made when most of my favorite recordings were produced.

I first tried these because of David Grissom and it really is a great set, especially if you tune down to Eb. The lighter bass strings do not produce the scratching sound of heavier gauges and the heavier treble strings give a nice Tele-like aggression to my Gibsons & PRSi

beefy

I liked them for my archtop, but not for my telecaster, made me work :).

A bit too beefy, but soundwise they're great!
