Harley Benton Tuner

Very basic tuner that i use for electric and acoustic guitars. The screen is very clear so you can easily tune your guitar. The only problem is that the plastic clip seems that it could break after a lot of use.

HB MT100

This is a very versatile clip-on tuner, well worth the money. It's way better than what most built-in tuners (in amplifiers and multieffect pedals) will offer you. It's very reliable, easy to use and is generally ready for any situation. You can change the calibration so if you want to try different tuning calibrations (such as A4 = 432Hz) it will allow you to tune to that tuning instead of the standard (A4 = 440Hz)

Overall: This tuner is very versatile especially considering the price, and will not disappoint you. If you are looking for a good clip-on tuner and you don't want your wallet to go on a diet, look no further. You can't go wrong with this.

This little device really provides a much easier option for a metronome (which is why I got it) instead of using my phones metronome app. It is exactly as described. I like it has a bringht display and the the metronome is packed with features. Only negative I could suggest is mine was shipped without a battery which meant I couldnt use it straight away but that didnt really worry me.

A must have

This is my first clip on guitar tuner,so I cant coment on other brands but it is a nice and handy tuner that fits perfect on my guitar.

Once calibrated this tuner seems to be very accurate, very easy to use and very well made.

A good quality low price tuner. I found this to be a good buy, its gotten me out of trouble many times! Accurate and portable this is the best clip on tuner I have found. I use it on the bridge of my double bass, acoustic guitar and electric bass and I find its signal response to be very impressive. Highly Recommended.

My 1st of many headstock tuners...

This was the 1st headstock tuner I bought, didn't get on with it all and gave it away to a friend, difficult to attach, difficult to see. I went on to buy 2 of the Planet Waves mini head stock tuners, they worked much better, but only very briefly, neither lasted more than a couple of months... Very frustrating!

does not tune well

ok size, ok features, excellent price, ok design but...

when tuning, it does not recognise the string always. you need to play the string several times and it might still for example offer you the A, when you are tuning the E (eventhough the A is copletely blocked).

In a case you want to tune accurate and with minimum time, this one is note for you.

I read the reviews here and took a risk. should not.

i don't recommend this item.

A Lot For A LIttle

For just a little more than a basic tuner, you get:

1 A mic input tuner, good for checking harmonica bends

2 A vibration input tuner

3 A Tone Generator

4 A metronome with four volume setting and a visual display. One of the settings is silent, so you can simply watch the beat while you are playing.

Like I said in the title, you get a lot in this little package. I am really happy with mine.

Great Value for money but it has some qulity issues.

This item has great features: tuner & metronome, all in one!

However, it does have some quality issues:

When tuning a bass it has trouble tuning the lower strings.

The metronome tends to be a bit slower than the actual speed.

The part that connects the electronic/screen part to the clip broke, so I had to glue it back. Now the screen doesn't turn round, but the tuner still works.

On the plus side:

Great price for the features that it offers, so I would definitely buy another one!

Bright screen, tunes a guitar fine and the metronome is loud enough for the size of it!

An okay tuner while it worked.

I had this for a year or two until it just stop working. I'd say it's an okay tuner for the price although difficult to put on and off. And if you have more luck than me it might just last a bit longer for you.

Affordable multifunctional gadget

It's primary use is as a clip-on guitar tuner, and sometimes as a metronome. I had some difficulties understanding the meanings of buttons, but once you get them, it's easy to use.

It has a great price/performance factor though, so it doesn't really matter much.

I can recommend it for an average user.

Edit: my kids managed to break it in half, so that the main unit broke off the holding part. I used some superglue and it's still functional, both via the microphone, as well as via the vibration (touch sensor).

Best for the price

It does everything that is described. You cant get better tool for this price

Metronome should be louder.

A great little tuner

I've had this a few years now and used it constantly. I find it great for tuning guitar, ukulele, bass. Vibration sensor is great for gigs or late night tuning.. I havent experienced any of the issues other reviewers have. I'm very happy with this product, recommended.

Great for this price

I only use the tuner feature and it does the job, I use it almost everyday and the original battery is still working.

Working well.

Quite slow tuner. Takes long time for responding in both MIC. and vibration modes. Sometimes showing wrong string during tuning, but right tuning position. Metronome works well, loud enough for practising. Volume of metronome can be adjusted. Good tool for it's price.

Good tuner for the price.

I got this Harley Benton mt100 tuner because I was tired of getting cheap tuners that didn't last very long. This tuner is the best ive got yet and is very good quality for less than ten pounds. I had no problem tuning my guitar and bass with the same tuner. The battery lasts a long time in it too. It has a metronome too which I don't use but might be useful for some people.

Harley Benton Tuner

These are great little Tuners & I've used them for several years now. They've got some extensive features (for a small tuner), a good battery life, and I've never had one break (though I have lost one). What I like best about these is that they are quick to use, can adjust for a variety of instruments (I've used them on Bass, Bouzouki, Guitar & Mandolin at the same gig), and don't give you endless conflicting results. Happy to recommend...

Don't buy it.

I bought this tuner for the second time. Both times it just couldn't work (the tuner). Metronome was working but the tuner could not listen the guitar neither in vibration nor in microphone. I think 2 times is not a coincidence.

Very good and useful

I brought this product almost 2 years back and it is still working perfectly. I did not have to change the battery also until now. It is very accurate and very easy to mount on the Guitar. I would suggest this for all.
