Rean NYS SPP-L1 Reviews
Very nice patch bay, amazing price!
I looked around different places for a while trying to find a patch bay and I found loads for £100, £200, even £800! Now for a patch bay I thought that was a little much, but then I stumbled upon this and I thought it too good to be true, I thought the quality of it would be terrible, but no, it wasn't at all. It works perfectly, I have had no problems with it at all, it doesn't create any noise that I am aware of and for this price it even if it did break it is very inexpensive to replace.
It's Neutrik. But it's difficult to plug and unplug the jacks. And with just few euros more, if you choose a more expensive patch bay, you have a better sound. If this is all you can afford, then it will make your job.
Perfect
Does exactly what is needed, Have it in my studio to patch in different guitar amps as inserts into pro tools, Never had any problems with it always performed perfectly.
Headphone Feed
Wired and ready to go, or customisable to offer (in our case) 8 different headphone mixes to artists recording.
Does as expected
Well built, well designed and easy to use patchbay. I never knew I needed one until I got one - if that makes any sense!
The output from your gear (e.g preamps, compressors) plugs into the top row on the back, the inputs from your gear (e,g interface inputs) plugs into the bottom row on the back. All being well, signal flows top to bottom. If you want to swap anything around (e.g. patch in a compressor between a preamp and the interface), just plug in some patch cables to the front... I recommend getting the bundle that sells the patchbay and cables together.
Comes with some paper labelling strips. Very easy to set up and seems very reliable.
Awesome Patchbay
Last a good 4 or so years. Cheap and good quality for the money. Get yourself one of these and maybe some Air band too!
