Excellent choice to start

This mic do all what you expect from it. Good enough for this price.

Heavenly sound

Sturdy, quality built microphone. Voice detection is perfectly balanced and sound is clear and crisp.

Love it

Great sounding microphone, especially for this price. I'm using it mainly with double bass on the stand or suspended on the bridge (recording and on stage to Front of House). Really good bass response, and clarity. Built like a tank; dropped it a couple of times and not a ding on it. Even the mic stand adapter is great. Sounds also great on horns, vocals, drums and amplifiers. Very good allround microphone, highly recommended.

I've loved this mic for the time i've used it.

I've been using this mic for about 5 years and can openly say that i recommend it. paired with a good mixer or audio interface you will get great and clear audio.

So good I got another for drum overheads

One overhead was great, 2 will be awesome, don't buy pencil mics for overheads, go straight for the money maker.

The Budget Mic to have

Great microphone for the price. i don't think you can have a better mic for this price range. Great for home studios.

The best quality for this price

Works perfectly for vocals, acoustic guitar, jawharp, recorders... It is probably good for anything except drum recording. Definite recommendation.

Great Affordable Condenser Microphone

The AT2020 is a standout microphone at its price point. It is a very clear microphone and has recorded vocals and acoustic guitar excellently. It is a very neutral microphone and can be used in a variety of situations, well worth to pick up.

As a newbie in the recording game, this is a good choice.

I have been using this along with Focusrite Scarlett to record my guitar and vocals.

Perfect For Streaming

Lovely microphone , been using it for about a year now for streaming and it has done an excelent job at it , would highly recommened it to anyone interested in streaming.

Outstanding for a home studio

Thath's the one of the most outstanding mics in a budget segment:

— Super clear sound, ;

— Great quality: sturdy sold metal, can handle some difficult environment;

— Great for beginners, in a home studio, can serve you for many years.

The only drawbacks I found:

— Picks up some noise;

— Haven't got any features.

Works well with voice, guitars, reeds and overheads.

My always on mic!

I use it to stream lessons for music school students, to record voices, to play musical instrument amplifiers, and much more, one of the best microphones in my studio cheap, durable and high quality, negative comments 0, also, its biggest positive is that it is quite economical and in this money of the category there is no one else to do such a reliable job

Very good quality

Works very well for whatever you need it for and is very clear and with good quality. It's perfect for recording podcasts, talking with friends onlie, etc. I have yet to use it to record instruments but it is very good for vocals. I would definitely recommend this.

Pros:

There honestly aren't many cons, it's a good microphone. I just thought I would include that for anyone wondering.

Nice Mic

Excellent mic for the price. Great for beginners. I bought this for my girlfriend who was just getting into recording. She uses it daily and I occasionally use it. I have to say I am constantly surprised by the sound when compared to some of my mics 4x the price. The frequency response is fairly flat which is nice. However, I do always feel that the sound is a bit lifeless and needs some work in post to really bring out some nice harmonics. But this isn't a really big problem.

Good multi-purpose mic

I originally bought this mic to record my acoustic guitar, but since then I've used it to record other instruments and even vocals. The sound was always great and I never experienced any problems.

Fantastic microphone

I bought this microphone for home recording as an upgrade from Sennheiser e935 dynamic mic.

Pros:

- Sturdy metal housing

- Low noise

- Sound clarity

Cons:

- I have to cut mid-high frequencies and add low frequencies to get to my natural voice

This is my first condenser microphone and it's a major difference from recording with my dynamic mic Sennheiser e935, but I definitely think it's a great microphone, especially for the price, that gives you a lot of control over how you mix your vocals.

Overall very happy with my purchase.

The Best for the Price!

Perfect sound, even for vocals or instruments. I use it for broadcast and podcast recording too.

I've heard about this legendary mic, and only when I bought it I understood why everyone is claiming that it's the best!
