Just perfect

These are the perfect stereo microphones for just about everything.

The price is amazing, the packaging is great, they come with a stereo bar and they just work.

I needed to use them for some field recording and stereo techniques comparison, I didn't need anything fancy or with extreme quality so they just fit in my requirements.

First class.

Another excellent product at this price point. I use it for top or bottom snare drum, depending on the situation.

Small price but also quality

Obviously to cheap to be decent microphones. I bought it just to check them and for this price you get what you get. Wouldn't use them in a professional setting but good for testing, etc.

Amazing performance for the price!!

I used them as overheads for drums. My setup was these, plus a dedicated mic on the snare and kick, total of 4 mic sources all together.

I can definitely say that they record really really well. Any concerns I had whether they will manage to capture the whole sound of the drums and maintain an accurate response, all gone when I heard the first take. The sound is crispy and full, they can handle high levels really well, and overall they are capable of depicting a true and pleasant sound.

Pros:

+Amazing value

+Good and sturdy construction

+They deliver

+Nice case and accessories included

Cons:

+Not really, especially for this price.

Conclusion: Considering the price of this pair, I believe that every musician/recordist/engineer should have one of these in their arsenal.

Bang for the Buck

This is my second set I've bought.

These are great as fill in mics. I use them mostly in a choral setting as secondaries or side fills.

I will probably get another set for my studio as mics for recording trumpet.

Stereo Microphone

Clean and clear sounding pair of microphones - not overly sensitive but great for stereo acoustic guitar or overhead situation.

Great for recording acoustic guitar!

This is my first stereo pair, before that I used a wide diaphragm condenser microphone. The sound is bright, transients are clearly audible. The bass is a little lacking, but for the price, these microphones are a great choice.

Brilliant, even for double the price

If you're recording acoustic guitar (among other things) the Behringer C-2 Stereoset mics, at their stunningly low price, are a no-brainer. They're bright, lively, small, light but well-made, with a low cut and -10DB cut; they come with basic foam popshield, and even with optional stands and leads the whole lot still costs a fraction of what you'd expect for kit as good. One of my best, and least expensive, purchases in years when it comes to home recording and experimenting. Very highly recommended!

Excellent bang for your buck

I bought this pair of microphones to use on my drum hi hats and to also mic up the bottom of my snare (with the trust Shure SM57 on the top) and they sound great! The -10db pad option is great when micing up drums, gets rid of any distortion.

The build quality is quite robust feeling on these, they definitely feel sturdy.

They also came with a stereo bar which is good for using these as overhead mics, or to stereo mic an acoustic guitar.

Very good value for the price

Very usable mic especially for this price.

I used it as overhead mic, and for cajon, for violin and cello.

It has a switchable high-pass filter and optional level reduction (-10 dB) which are very useful.

It has good characteristics although its voice could be softer and brighter.

Does What You Need

Excellent price for a matched pair. Unbeatable on price.

Great Mic for the money!

Sounds good for the rehearsals and demo recordings. Even on some studio recordings. Great mic to have as an option.

A great basic mic

Simple, functional, good enough for most jobs, stereo pair, spotting etc. Great value for money with case and accessories.

The best value

I use these mainly as my studio drum overheads but also as a stereo set on concerts where I place them in the back of the venue (of near the FoH) aimed towards the stage to get a general pickup. For these purposes and for this price I can't imagine anything better (granted I'm a video guy and musician, not a sound technician, but there's nothing inherently bothering me about the sound and build quality of this set so the fact that pro level people use pro level equipment doesn't change what this set can do for you if this is what your budget allows)

I was amazed with these mics. It's impossible to get better for the money.

I use them to record choirs

Great for the price.

I used it to record live 5 ppl rock band in AB technique. If you set the volume levels of the instruments on stage well, you can get a very good stereo recording where you can clearly hear all the instruments and their arrangement in the panorama. At this price, I couldn't ask for more. In addition, the small size and included hard case work well for off site recordings. I recommend this set to anyone who wants to have cheap microphones for stereo recordings for e.g. demo materials or better sounding live streams.
