Behringer HA400 Reviews
Headphone amplifier
Best headphone amplifier for it's price!
Good product
Used two of these for recording orchestra and choir. Simply nice solution if you have many players. One big problem is you need stereo cable (XLR to stereo jack if you mixing station has XLR AUX)
solid and works well
a solid metal case, which does what it says - provides good headphone signal to 4 headphones. Used as a wired iem system from an out on the mixing desk. the solid metal case means I am not worried about it sitting on the floor. Only downside is the power lead which is short, and was a Euro plug with adapter, so is quite big. For the price this is really quite excellent
Affordable Problem Solver
It's wonderful considering its price. - Very light, weight-wise, which is good for portability and bad for stability on the desk. - Its amplifer increases high-mid frequency but not too much to cause issues for most use-cases.
Nice for Price
a headphone amplifier nothing more. Good price and build quality. I recommend him.
Great!
This little headphone amplifier worth its weight in gold. Used in lengthy vocal recording sessions and provide enough juice for 250Ohm headphones. Excellent all the way
ideal for my needs
i needed a headphone amplifier to connect all my band members every time they would come around to listen to our possible newest single. or maybe just to show a friend my new song, or two friends, or three, and each person can level the volume to taste. it's also portable.
i only wish it had a on/off button (i mean, why not?), but, in general, for the price, it was an amazing purchase.
Crap
Worst spent money on this site. Total garbage.
Very useful in studios, especially home studios
The right tool for a better flow while in a recording session. Definitely a must need in every studio or home studio
Good value for money
I was initially going for Mackie HM4, but it was out of stock.
It seemed like a decent substitute and it is. I can clearly hear the 50Hz buzz when my notebook is connected to the charger and it goes away if I unplug. It tells me that electronics night be not shielded properly.
Overall it is a decent device, especially at this price point.
If you have such option - go for Mackie over this one.
Great product, great price
Does the job, is durable, and sounds great.
Easily makes high-impedance headphones work
Does the job well
Well made, very usable, good quality knobs
Hreat headphone amp for the price
We use this amp in our rehearsal room for in-ear monitoring. It does the job perfectly. I don't expect any superrior qulaity from it, and I don't have any complains.
Cool
Exactly what I needed. Perfect,thanks!
I Love It
I was looking for a long time for one like this and it is very useful
Dominant high-cut but does the job!
Good for what it costs. But sound gets quite muffled. Doesn't sound bad at all. My P-Bass with fresh Roundwounds is nicely motown now.
Would not recommend for recording and sound design though!!
Great and easy to use headphone amplifier!
I use this amplifier with our bands mixing table for splitting the sound from the headphone out on the mixing table, so more people can listen to our rehearsals since we work with in-ear monitoring.
The amplifier is well made, it has all the basic features that we need and it gets work well done!
In my opinion it could be made from a bit sturdier materials, but if you treat it with care it can last for a really long time.
I would recommend it, especially in this price range!
Built like a tank
There is a joke in my studio that every recording artist have dropped this at least 3 times in every session. This thing is built like a tank and doesn't break. Sound quality is great and doesn't distort when pushed. Very fair price too.
Does what it says on the tin!
A simple cost effective headphone amp.
Not going to blow anyone away , but it does the job at a sensible and affordable price
